What is SIP exactly?
Basically it's a special pot design with soil above, water below and an air gap in between. Coco and hydro type results from soil. The first page of the #SIP Club thread will give you the basics.

You use the same growing mix you're already using, you just water a little differently. Once the plants get established after a couple of weeks you literally pour water down the fill pipe and let the plant help itself.
Not at all and I only leave em in one spot for about a week. I been using em for 2 years now and never had that issue.
