Which light are you running her under? I see its a Mars Hydro, but cant tell which oneNope but can get the tape measure on her tomorrow!!!
Thats whay I thought! I think Mars Hydro put something in that model to turn our autos into mutants!Fc3000
Yes from Mars I think 896that's the strip light ?
how many diodes does it run ?
Fc3000
Yes from Mars I think 896
What a pretty girl!!! Loving that light Jacky, so healthy! She will get a bit thinned out tom !!!
For one plant I think the fc3000 will do great now in my 4x4 fc6500 we will def see what it can do I totally agree ya some lights do better I. Veg then flower or vise Versa!!!!i should look it up.
been involved in a conversation elsewhere concerning diode count. there's a growing consensus that a 1000 is the sweet spot in a 4 x 4. this doesn't take in to account which emitter though, as some brands are more efficient than others.
edit : should add i'd run close to double. i think that's fc8000 (?) territory. not sure it might be the 4000.
i personally just try and stuff as big a light as i can in to any given space. i have less than inch on any side before my rigs will touch the walls.
we're also discussing the mix of kelvin and percentage of each. there's a pile of ways you can tune a full spec light now. somethings won't work for both veg and flower as well, so most lights have a bias of some sort.
should maybe start something up similar on this board.
Hey there @bluter ! Interesting info! I can tell you the FC3000 for sure is blowing my plant up in mutant proportions … she has done phenomenally well in veg under it and so far seems to be doing really well in early flower; cant wait to see what that light brings for the rest of her flower cycle!i should look it up.
