Revegging an auto? LOL! I would take a day off from inspecting your plant with a microscope and let it surprise you.

LOL, from the detail you investigate on your plants I'm surprised you don't have a 60-second time-lapse camera on them :).
 
For run-off I use good size pot saucers and elevate the plants on top of a brick. A dry-wet shop vac is invaluable. I water and a couple hours later suck out the runoff. I've been reusing my run-off and the plants seem to like it. I do check the PH and PPM. My runoff is a mixture of the Bloom and Grow nutrients so I only use it on my mature flowering plants.
 
A heck of a lot bigger than my 22 day auto, that's for sure!
