it looks like new shoots developing but it shouldnt happen on that spot ... or is this a Fim effect?
That is exactly what I was thinking...She is putting out another shoot......what kind of alien plant you got there??? :smokin2:
 
On image 1759 of your previous post, there are a pair of crossed stipules below the Y, but 2 very feathery-looking pistils coming out of the Y.
im afraid that are the stipules from the other side but ... look at this pic more closely
 
For run-off I use good size pot saucers and elevate the plants on top of a brick. A dry-wet shop vac is invaluable. I water and a couple hours later suck out the runoff. I've been reusing my run-off and the plants seem to like it. I do check the PH and PPM. My runoff is a mixture of the Bloom and Grow nutrients so I only use it on my mature flowering plants.
