Pterostychus: The Never Ending Story, Now Jack Herer

Small update i think i found out whats wrong ...
I calibrated my Ph pen and turns out i was feeding her 5.4 and in the beginning even lower as i winged it with the ph-down ... guess the Ph of the tapwater changed over the summer ... we do have a drought where groundwater tables were very low i presume ... ah well i corrected it and expect wealthy growth ... i hope ... namaste

day 25

i corrected Ph and immediately she started praying to the lights ... thats a good sign ... the other seed ... i dunno what happens but ah well i aint gonna add another seed ... its been 8 days now ... maybe it still pops up but i doubt it .... shall i dig it up ??

day 27 from seed almost 4 weeks above ground...

i took a desperate measure to save the second seed .... i uncovered the casing and removed it so the seedlobes are exposed to light that may push them to seek out more light, on the other hand it didnt die yet so its not an environmental issue i guess ... one probable cause is the seeds age ... they are 2y old ... didnt realise that could affect germination voracity this fast ... if thats the problem after all im completely blown away by this ... i have one glimmer of hope and thats that the stall occured whilst still being a sprout ... maybe the veg and bloom timers are affected minimal cause of the tender age ... ?? anyone wanna chip in ??

day 29 from seed

the sprout is still hiding just below the surface but it looks green still... maybe itll recover maybe not ... well see
other then that the mainplant seems to be doing fine
