The yellow appearance is because I have 2 different colour lights in the tent. One is a cool white 6000k and the other is a 3000k warm white. The warm light makes the babies look more yellow than they actually are. The plants prefer the cool light though, they're all stretching towards it lol. I would love to go to North America some day. Saving is too difficult at the moment though. I've always wanted to go to the Pacific Northwest. To be fair I'd love to just rent a car, do a lap of the entire states then go home lol :)

Hey 420! I've had a short break from my journals and have been relaxing with the family for a few days but we're back now! The girls are still recovering from the chopping they received the other day but they're nearly there. Only one as far as I can tell hasn't enjoyed being mutilated and that was the one that I thought wouldn't enjoy it and that is the Double Stuffed Sorbet. She's coming around but hasn't recovered with the speed that the rest have. Purple chem and Heavy G are both flying as usual and are the 2 that I've chosen to remove from the smaller tent and leave in this one with Snuffler and Co, who are also doing great. 3 of the 5 are a bit stretchy but they look great. I've literally done nothing to this tent since the haircut they received 4 days ago so there isn't much to report on. Well I guess you wanna see what they look like now then. Here you all are! Happy growing everyone! :)

Welcome back Prof :) happy family time is always needed.
Could you please help an old bird's eye out and point me in the direction of my baby girl?!
They look happy so, you have been taking good care of them :)

Hey Birdie! Yours is the last pic and in the first pic she's in the middle row on the right. She looks great! Beautiful leaves, reliable strong growth and a great reputation makes this one a strain that I'm really looking forward to. I've never grown a Northern Lights before, the shame. I promise I'm looking after them, though I do need to add some more light and some better airflow before they start letting me know about it. I hope that you're well m'dear :)

:thanks:is that quad lining or how it's called!?!
NL is supposed to be for colder (Northern) climates, so she must love being grown in the winter.
Do you have a spare light?

I'm flying out on Sunday :cheer::cheer::cheer::cheer:

No, this isn't a quadline. I don't think I'd have room to do that with this many plants. I never heard of it until I saw @Mr. Magoo do one on here when I joined up not long ago. It's something I'd like to try in the future though. I just decided on a number of possible tops and cut the plants so that there would be 8. Wether or not each plant has eight successful tops by the end remains to be seen but we shall see. My temps in the room are great at the moment. I have 24C with the lights on and 15C with lights off. No spare light at the moment. I do have a very nice light which is a 200w high bay 4500k but it's being used to light up our drive way. To be fair it's overkill for that so we are going to buy a smaller light for the drive so I can use the 200w light for my garden again. I've used it to flower alongside some other leds before and it works wonders.
Excellent we must celebrate!
