ProfessorFlora's 10 Strain 200W LED Organic Soil Grow

Hey 420. I've had a bit of a move around in the veg cupboard and sorted a few things out. We have a little more room to play with now. I've thrown the 2 bad HPD clones as they weren't doing anything other than getting worse. I opened up the soil and there were no roots so it was a good call. The other 2 are doing fine and have been trimmed up ready for bonsai training. The Fat Purple clones which are just sitting in water are doing great and I think that its actually going to work. That would be so cool not to mention convenient. I've got some bad news regarding the Christmas Day Chromatose. its a dude. I've found the first signs of pollen sacks beginning to appear. It's a shame as it was the biggest and most vigorous of the Exotic Genetix strains. Never mind. Plenty more to go. We have a addition to the crew as well. The infamous Tropicanna Banana. It looks like she's another super vigorous plant so I couldn't help but keep it. I won't be making the same mistake as last time though and she will flowered as a small plant just to see how it goes. The Fat Purple mother is looking a little sad and has some signs of nutrient deficiency creeping in. I pulled her out of the pot to check the roots to see if she's root bound but everything is fine. I may flush her. Hopefully its nothing to serious. Lastly I can see signs of the new strains beginning to break ground. we should see some by tomorrow. I'll be back shortly with some pics. Happy growing everyone.

Wilma Grow Flowering Day 37....

Hey 420. All is good in the flowering tent today. We have 4 quite different strans all getting on happily together. I'd say we have another month to go but maybe less for some. Pineapple Express is looking good and continues to push out some hefty looking flowers. I think she'll be done first followed by Fat Purple who definitely has amber trichs on her sugars already. I had another look in a different place and found quite a few more. The Lil HH Black Kush has some towers begining to form which was nothing like the one I grew before. She also has quite a fuelly smell coming from her now which is nice. The Purple Trainwreck seems solid enough and looks set to become the first predicable strain to use as a mother to feed the family. She still has that purple grape smell which I'm hoping she keeps to the end. It smells very moreish. Recently all that I've done with these is top up the res once every few days and check the PH daily. I'm adjusting it slightly on most days but it seems pretty stable compared to what it was like in veg. This has been a good turnaround on some plants that I really thought were done for. I've got a few pics coming up then we have the Hashplant D update. Those things are crazy!

Hey Sauga! Only 2 days late responding. I shall do my best to answer your question.

No.

I water my veg plants at 4g
No problem... it takes a while to get posted for the British members. Things move slower for you folks due to the feet issues.
Thanks Professor!

Optical illusion due to leaf color. I tried tracking the amber color back to a trichome stalk and couldn't.

That's my guess!
Well that's just cruel like a mirage in the desert. I'll get her out of the tent tomorrow for some clearer pics

Replace "feet" with "brain" and you're probably closer to the truth

Hashplant D's Flowering Day 38....

hey 420. I was meant to post this last night but guess what? I fell asleep lol. the HPD's are so far looking very nice. They're quite small and I think the yield will be pretty average however the flowers look special indeed. HPD2 has one of the best scents I've ever had the pleasure of smelling when it comes to cannabis. Burnt rubber doesn't do it justice. It smells artificial very pungent. I don't have the clone of that one anymore and she was also one of the plants which hermied earlier on. It smells so good that I wouldn't mind having it as a mother despite her gender issues. I could re-veg her and hope that the nanas were caused by the light but would that be a good idea? what happens if you re-veg a plant which hermied because of stress? Would the plant hermie again in the future as it has already done so? That is assuming of course that it was stress which caused her to hermie. I'm actually very impressed with all 7 and it will be a difficult t choose between them. The frost on most is very good so far and its only going to get better. They are super sticky and should leave me with some high quality trim for hash. It doesn't look like I'll be making any rosin any time soon though there are some cheaper presses turning up. Back to the plants. The structure on all is very similar though some have tighter node spacing than others. They still have a light and milky green colour to them. That's how I'm describing it but I am pretty colour blind and also have one eye which sees things much brighter than the other lol. Some of the hairs are beginning to change colour now and look to be going a nice contrasting orange. I have to thank you @Pennywise for suggesting these as so far I'm really happy with them. I think it'll be some of the best quality and tasty smoke I've had in a while. I'm getting a really good feeling from these. Here's some pics of them from yesterday....

Some nice frosting going on! I'd reveg the one you like and see what happens...for science!
For science it is then!
Those Hash plants look really good. Loving the fat calyxes, going to be some pretty bud.
Someone really needs to invent smell-o-vision. Guess what Lew. I have a French Macaron now
Also clones tend to not hermie despite the mothers tendency to throw nanas.
Well that's some of the best news I've heard all day. I've not been up for long but I doubt anything will top that

I was going to ask about the French Macaron but wasn’t sure I was in the right journal. How’s that one coming along? You going with soil or hydro? Make sure you batten down the hatches mate, it’s a little blustery today! :Rasta:
