No most people take clones and put the main plants into flower to sex them and to find a good mother

iv heard for regular seeds plants don't know there sex til week 1-4 even heard 6 so I don't wanna cause the plant any stress for atleast week 7-8...big enough to take clones too...so that's why I'm hopin for preflowers and through out the males
