Ok so here's an update, I had repotted all the plants yesterday but today I got my hands on a few 7 litre pots, almost 2 gallons. So I transplanted and repotted all the plants and this is what they look like now.

When I was in the process of repotting I found some larvae at the roots and note I had removed all the trained leaves, which I shouldn't have, that's why few look bare. Here's pics of the repotting process along with how they looked before and after.

Here's how it looked at just over a month on the 28th of November 2017,my first pic of the plants:

Then I took these pics to see of I could tell the sex of the plants, but I couldn't as it's still too young:

And this is how they looked just after that:

Then I noticed the yellow leaves and brown marks on the leaves and trimmed and topped them off:

Ideally I'd like this post to be the second post lol.

So I noticed my plants were starting to get brown pots and turn yellow and brown on the edges and curling, so I have figured out its nute burn from the food sticks that I put in! I didn't even put the suggested amount, I only put 1 stick per plant as I didn't want to over do it yet because its a slow release it's not ideal for the plant. So now I had to take the top layer off and make sure I got the stick and carefully removed that soil and replaced it. Now I was gonna water it again but I had just watered it trying to flush the soil a little bit as the plants were dry enough for a watering, so I just left it in the sun to bake now. I had put some homemade insect repellent as I had noticed some spider mites, I assumed it was, gnats, can see from the pics previously the larvae was in the roots. So I took a 250ml spray bottle, filled it with water, then 1/4tsp dishwashingg liquid and 1/2tsp cooking oil. Seemed to do the trick but last night I added a drop of vinegar in the mixture. Only to realise today that the insect problem was really small and it was the nute burn. However I'm glad I got rid of them and will keep an eye out for anymore. Here's pics of how they look now.

Here I am! No, I don't agree with you about the nute burn. It looks to me like a good old fashioned magnesium deficiency. Nute burn will typically cause the leaf tips in the new growth (up at the top) to claw downward and it will turn the very tips of the leaves brown... not like you have here with damage along the outer edges of the leaf with some spots in the middle. You have more than tips going brown... you have a deficiency that is the result of magnesium being robbed by the upper growth from the storehouses in the lower leaves. It is a shame that you gave up on the lower leaves that you had before you thinned things out, because in them were even more storehouses that could have been used... now the plant is having to steal from itself from much higher up on the plant. This decision has most certainly affected the eventual yield of these plants.
You can save this grow by following my earlier advice. Get your pH within tolerance for soil and deal with your cal/mag deficiency aggressively. Foliar feeding with a light calmag solution will help, as will feeding with calmag on each watering from here on out... at least till the 5th week of flower.
I also note that several of your shots were of the branch junctions looking for sex. So far I have not spotted anything... its still a bit early. The males usually show first, and look for those calyxes to rise up on stalks and start multiplying. As soon as you see that, isolate those plants to another spot in the yard downwind from the others. The females will throw a V shaped whisker of a pistil out of the top of that calyx soon... and as soon as you start seeing those moth antenna sort of structures popping out, you know it is a female.
All in all, your plants are looking better. They have a good healthy green in most of the leaves, and the brown spots are not going to go away... but what I note is that the rest of the damaged leaf seems to be a healthy green. I also note that the leaves are reaching up to the sun now, showing healthy water uptake and roots. Keep letting them dry out all the way between watering for now... they are on the mend. Later in flower you will change your watering technique, probably watering them every day... but they are not ready for that yet, they are still vegging.

Thank you for that Emilya! Ok so I diluted my tap water with a drop or two of lemon juice in each watering jug. I wish I had a pH tester. Ok so I should put parts of those sticks later on when it's flowering? So I'm gonna make a diy calmag solution, with Epsom salts and egg shells. Found a method on here. That hold be fine right? Then il give them a solid watering now with that to flush out, is that ok? Also, im so bummed that this yield is gonna be less because of taking off those leaves. I should have came here and asked long ago before I started!

I'm goign through it right now, already crushed the shells and cleaned them and dried them. Gonna out them on the pan now, when you say pan fry that means no oil or anything isn't it? Ok no Epsom salts, thank God cos otherwise I had to go to the shops lol. I'm gonna fry them once you lcnfiem and then put the vinegar, in using about 6 eggs for now, is that ok? So will use less vinegar will that mean I can use it later on or do I have to wait for the 20 days?

Lol tonight will be a perfect opportunity as the family is gone for the night so i can stink uo the place. Ok so 20 days, in the meantime is there anything else I can do beside buying some calmag+?

Ok im going to the store now to get some Epsom salts then il give the leaves a spray and also give the soil a watering to rinse or just leave the soil. Sorry for all the questions.

and remember that even by solving the magnesium problem, those damaged leaves will never repair themselves. As long as there is still healthy green on most of the leaf, it is still viable. It is not your decision to make to remove any leaf... the plant is perfectly capable of discarding leaves, and other than thinning for light and airflow, you should not remove leaves that are still firmly attached.
what you will be looking for now that you are working on the problem is for it not to progress. From this point forward if you see no more necrotic spots on your leaves; pat yourself on the back and congratulate yourself for figuring it out. If the problem continues we probably need to count on the calcium part of our solution, but don't be tempted to add eggshells to the soil or any other junk that won't breakdown and be usable during the length of the grow... but I am pretty confident that the problem is in the magnesium... there is usually plenty of calcium in tap water. Time will tell... be patient. Patience is the hardest thing about gardening since we can move so much faster than the plants can. Do one thing and then wait to see its effect. If you look closely and slow down enough, you can always see it.

Ok cool thank you so much! Eggshells all done, ground up and just added the vinegar now. Gonna wait for at least 12 hours then il close it off and leave it for 20 days. Just mixed Epsom salts in warm water nor waiting for it to cool to add dishawasjing liquid then gonna spray the shit out of the leaves. Yes you right, thank you. I'm not gonna touch any leaves ever. Apart from topping. I noticed now that I'm getting some good new growth lower down. Il take a pic now to show. Also did you notice the curling down of the top leaves, i thought that was the claw referred to in nitrogen toxicity so those food sticks had high nitrogen content.

except in that one really bad one, the downward thing is more of a droop still from weak roots than it is the claw. The claw is dramatic and ugly. In the worst one, all those leaves are deforming due to the need to supply the top growth. That plant is in trouble, but lets see if we can save it. I am assuming that was the one with the grubs in it? If so, those roots are probably gone, and if it gets any worse I would isolate that plant so that the bugs don't spread to the other plants.

OK cool, one day I will be able to tell the difference almost as well as you can i hope. That one I made sure I cleaned out the bottom part of the soil and when I repotted again I didn't see anything so hopefully they gone. However I will keep a look out for it! I took some pics, gonna upload and show it now.

Ok so here's a few pics I took, I will take better ones tomorrow in the day time as with flash and focus it's too challenging lol, but you can see the lower branches that I removed like a real noob is tarting to grow nicely :

ah, yep, that new growth at the bottom is a good sign. See the tips of those leaves? that is indeed how slight over feeding looks. It is not quite to the point of clawing I think, hard to tell if that is a claw or just folded up to sleep during the night, but I do see an indication that there is too much nitrogen in there. As the plants continue to get thicker and with more and more leaves, she will need more nitrogen... I would be tempted to just leave things as they are now and see how they do with it. Send a picture from the side showing that new lower growth during daylight hours.
