Power cable question

A friend just gave me a ballast and light fixture to experiment and contrast with the led light I’ve been using. Only problem is there was no cable to go from the wall to ballast. Does anybody know what kind of power cable I need to use? I need to go from 240v to 110v but I can’t find an adapter to use anywhere online

110 is three phase. At least it is in the UK. You need a transformer. Cable to the transformer and from the transformer to the wall.

I agree with the computer cable. I didn’t look closely. It says 240v on the box. It’s a plug for a pc. Unless of course you need to plug it into something other than the wall. I don't get where the 110v comes from.
