I think at best the prohibition against it will be removed at a federal level. The individual states will still be able to regulate/forbid it within their own borders (as is the case with alcohol).
Which... I suppose I agree with. The governing of all things cannabis is not one of the specific sets of powers that were granted to the federal government by the US Constitution.
