Chop day for one of the three Nevil's Haze x Apollo 13 f2 plants I'm growing. Sandalwood smell (between moderate and strong) with a hint of something like citrus. Top nugs are surprisingly firm, but not a strong yield:
That last pic was upside down; the branches dropped when I put it in the dark for a few days (rubbery).
The sister plant that I just put in the closet for a few days has a Chemdog smell to it. That came out of nowhere.....

I couldn't figure out how to get back to your thread since I haven't seen your screen name in a while. I'll try to remember if your one of the people I deleted from the follower list (not exactly sure what happened there but I tend to misunderstand a lot of these prompts and hit a lot of wrong keys). I'm lousy at following a long string of steps too, so sorry I haven't chimed in for a while.

Here's my latest Nevil's Haze in bloom:
The lower buds are ready to pollinate with this male Jack the Ripper pollen:
I hope the pollen's still good; I stored it in a black plastic bag.
Last of the Nevil's Haze x Apollo 13 f2 plants:
This Killer A5 Haze plant looks rough:
So does this Chocolope plant:
I don't know if anybody remembers it or not, but I treated a Ghost Train Haze #1 plant with STS, and one of the seeds I grew was a plant that grew branches out of the leaf stems. I took four clones of those branches, and this is the first one I put into bloom:
Here's one I just put in now:
I put a third one in my other bloom tent today. I was going to treat one clone with STS and pollinate a second clone with it if they grew branches out of the leaf stems again, but they didn't.
A few more JTR phenos:
I'm going to pull this plant out tonight for chop (Boss Hogg):
The whole tent:

I chopped this one down today (second of three Nevil's Haze x Apollo 13 f2 plants). Here's a bud from it:

I'm taking the last one out tonight and giving it a dark period before chop, along with that Boss Hogg plant.

I wouldn’t shut a Chemdog’91 away in the dark for days for fear of budrot. I lost a couple of tops to it recently. Her flowers are thick and hard.
This is the first time I’ve read of any before and after difference with this fad of the preharvest dark period. You obviously find a benefit?

Hey PC, just swinging through. Haven't been online in a year or so but its good to see you alive and still doing your Chimp thing on Danger Island! I know you finished the grow by now but how did those Killer A5 Haze turn out for you? I let my cut go after a couple years. Miss it sometimes. Your girls look fantastic as always bud! Cheers!

I've got two or three Killer A5 Haze clone plants in bloom now, but I'll have to reveg them because I didn't take a clone from anything (at least I don't think I did; I'll check later). They turned out great, but I ran into a run of bad luck with reveg plants at the time and only managed to save one.
I think the seeds may be in stock again, but it's been about a month since the notification I received.

I cleared out enough room to start my next grow
Four Mendocino Purple Kush S1 seeds, four Mendocino Channel Kush x Mendocino Purple Kush fem seeds, and eight Jack's Cleaner 2 x Jack the Ripper regular seeds (from that frosty JTR male).
I'll start the seeds germinating tomorrow morning.

It's been 1-1/2 days, and less than half of those seeds are opened up (mostly the JC2 x JTR seeds, and none of the MPK S1s). I got this one chopped yesterday (Nevil's Haze x Apollo 13 f2):
One Boss Hogg plant to go, and then my closet will be open to do that NH x JTR pollination, if the pollen is still good.
