I’m not sure why the new leafs are all twisted, any thoughts on this? Maybe Shock from the up-pot? Also there is a little damage to one of the leafs. the picture with purple light in it is from last night and the other picture is from a few min ago.

I wouldn't worry about it-one of my seedlings has a few funny leaves too-
twisted, with a built in split in the leaf. I know a few nodes from now,the problem
will resolve itself,so not to worry,you're all good...

Young plants get squirrelly leaves at times.

Here is an update on the plant. The vertical growth is not as much as before but the under growth has started to become aggressive. I have tryed a Bestva 1500w led that seem to be to much for the plant I also tryed a 200w COB that was no enough strength and today I have a VIPARSPECTRA Dimmable Reflector Series DS450 450W LED Grow Light 12-Band Full Spectrum I’m trying ,hopefully this is the light that can replace my 4 85w cfls im using.

I have the veg switch at 100 and bloom at 25. Your saying run them both at 100%

No,not necessarily-I was just saying if you used the Viparsprectra,and the cob,along
with your newest LED,you could grow a bunch of plants.
I don't know about the veg and bloom switches,my led just has on and off
Knowing me though,if I had veg and bloom switches,I'd run them both at once,at 100%, but that's just me...

Well look at her maybe more bloom light is better, it would increase the available PAR. she seems to be reaching a bit. Normally they just lay flat when the new growth comes out

Reaching is good,it's not the same as stretching-some call it "praying"-it means the plant is very happy
