majority blue light or cool for veggin
Red or soft white for flower. It's a good ideal to mix'em up and just use a majority of what you need for which ever cycle youre in.

just saw a 2700K 300 watt equiv. (68 actual i think) CFL at HD for $14. Wish they had 6500K's like that there.

I saw that same light when looking for supplemental for my closet. Damn the spectrum!
Saw that light as well but tought it would be better just to get more cfls
