Some are slower then others, may just be genetics. Hopefully the blue dream pop soon for you. The AK should be up and growing soon.

Are they covered with something? It helps to keep them covered with plastic wrap or something so the plug stays damp until they pop out.

Yeah they are covered with the greenhouse lid the jiffy greenhouse comes with! Also can already see moisture build up in the greenhouse which I didn't before!

The plugs are damp but not wet to the touch. I checked the others it seems that all 3 of the blue dream have not taken. All 5 ak47 have. Like I said they are on a heat mat now too which will hopefully help.

Keep your Jiffys' moist, not wet. Should never weigh more than this.
