Plant issues - Auto flower - First harvest questions

Hey folks, Im a new grower (had one small grow years ago) but basically little experience.

I have just harvested my first grow of a packet of x10 Big Buddha auro mix - all unknown strains.
One didnt make it - it grew a few sets of leaves in about four weeks but was like a micro/dwarf plant it was about 1cm in total, anyone had this happen - i assume it was a seed problem so it got binned.

Six out of nine plants have finished completely and drying -but three haven't started to flower at all - after about 12weeks, i have had them under 18 on / 6 off schedule, using some samurai hydro nutrients grow and bloom and molasses for a couple feeds.

(thought these would be ok to use, I have one new plant - an auto Think Different using Hydro grow - first attempt also :)

I have a few pics of one of the auto's that havent started to flower - i was wondering if they may need changed to 12 -12 schedule or maybe they have hermied? I had to take my grow tent down as all plants were finished apart from the three non flowering that were struggling a little, i kept the best one hoping it might flower. Any advice would be great. Hopefully the pics are clear enough, if not i can take more, need to find camera :)

last two pics are bud that is drying, i was wondering if those little sacs at the bottom are just new bud sites or something else?

I have a so-called Auto Polar Express that would not flower till I put it under 12/12. Even then it took well over 2 weeks to finally put out flowers. it has been in veg so long, it's quite a bush! On the other hand, another Auto I had, Diesel Berry, was blooming 21 days from seed and gave me big colas.

So, treat it like a photo and switch it. I'm guessing our two plants didn't get much of a dose of Ruderalis genes.
