Finally got my hands on some 99% ISO, looks like we will be able to mix up the GA3 after all.
Only have a litre of it, but only need a couple drops to dissolve the powder. We will make some QWISO with the rest of it.

I ask because the USA ISO is required to be poisoned before sale by order of the US government.
In uSAyou are better off using Everclear 190. (Widely available in my area for use as covid cleansing sprays)
