Quite the conversation here ladies. I am your friendly neighborhood voyeur peeking in to see what's happening here. I have found the curling leaves every once in a while with my girls. My cause I attribute to heat because I didn't have a fan blowing in there. I just had a clip on fan and humidity/temp monitor arrive today. My old ones went away to that appliance graveyard in the sky....

Those little Wally World $9.99 clip on fans are great. Every now and then I get one that will quit running, but they are so easy to take apart and "grease the wheels" so to speak, I can make them last a few months longer. I don't feel bad when one finally makes it to the graveyard.


Perfect for a smaller grow area cuz they can be rotated around or up and down, and the clip on is a huge plus.

I have had some curlers too in my time. Always was under the HPS when it was too hot. I think that is where my fan addiction come from these days.

I like the Canoeing term! Those glasses were often used back with the big hot light but the LEDs don't bother me much for some reason. Of course I see green for 5 minutes after leaving the tent, but I just don't pick any paint colors for the house for that time period.

You are so funny Dr Bob! I think you are all right! Once I moved them around a bit, put the fan on her, watered her, added cal mag. She is looking so much nicer now!

I use good quality sunglasses when I'm at the box, a friend uses skiing goggles in his tent with leds

I think I need some as my eyes start to hurt and I get a headache pretty quickly. :-(

My reflectors are very red to my eyes and the Mars II's that I have are much more blue/white. It is interesting to see the different spectrum mixes of the LEDs being built.

So great to have your fantastic style back here. needs more fairy dust and your garden is bursting with it.

I have the same ones you do. I think we bought them about the same time back in the day. TOPLed of course, not these fancy dancy Mars Hydro units Seriously though now they are at 5w on the LEDs for the reflectors but I haven't seen one so far.

My girls have been on the water since birth and are starting to really get into it. We have a big boating trip coming up after school gets out that will be epic. They can't wait. They make me be a better person and it is fun.

We sleep in the winter and stay up all summer. Sounds crazy but it is kinda true. The light just finally went out and it was about 10:30. Every day we get about 6 minutes more light until Solstice. You forget what real dark is like for a bit. Trippy really. Only seems odd when you describe it to people from the down south.

Yes, in December during the Winter Solstice. Light all the time is kinda fun crazy weird. Dark all the time requires actual strategy to get through with your head straight. Hence I grow and hang out here!
