Pigeons420 Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

re: Rex Pigeons Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

You certainly did your research on them, very impressive. I'm going to wonder over to YouTube and have a look at them.

Yes! This is exciting! I think you'll like what you see! But please let me tell you that it does get a bit pricy when you get the whole line.

If you're really looking to go organic, or if you ever decide to look into it:
Kelp4less is the organic version of that company. I had been buying soluble kelp from them for years when they told me that they were going to start selling a whole bunch of different organic amendments at close to bulk pricing. Free shipping on everything too. You could build an amazing super soil from just products from kelp4less (except for the peat or coco). I have compared their innoculants to other popular microbe products and the concentrations of microbes they give you is hundreds - sometimes thousands - of times more concentrated than the ones on the shelf at my local hydro store, for basically the same price/lb. They are very nice Idahoan's and they definitely know what they are talking about. They happily answer my never ending stream of email questions. They also have youtube videos that describe most of their products and how to use them.

This is awesome! Thanks for sharing that! I had never even heard of Kelp4less. Is that now the Medi-One program? I also have the Ocean Magic which is essentially kelp. Maybe that's it?

I don't think kelp4less and green planet are actually affiliated, just very similar in their mission, based on the way you describe Green Planet.

So luscious. Pigeons, your girls are always such lovelies. Congrats on the election win. May it eventually come to something positive. I remain eternally optimistic.

Off to the next bus on my way to the law offices. This was a sweet diversion. I'll keep it handy if the air gets too thick.

Ohh I get it. I misunderstood. Their from British Columbia.

I just want to be clear that I know that this line may be a bit excessive. Can you get more for less? Yea of course you can, it's happening around the magazine all the time. But, as I'm sure as growers we can all appreciate that we have a tendency of trying different products and methods and when we find one that works we try to stretch it and take advantage of every ounce of your money. So, this is the one that I found that has given me great results every time. Now to tweak it to see what gives superior results.

Thanks darling, I certainly try! :battingeyelashes:

I have great hope for this government and I hope to see a big change. As a young middle class family I'm tired of working so damn hard and struggling to get by even harder. I broke my body well beyond repair and I did it to provide for my family. And aside from side effects I've got nothing to show for it. I'm hoping that this government will take care of me. Is that not to much to ask?

re: Rex Pigeons Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

Going to go check out Kelp4less today. Of course, kelp for less in my case means just driving to the beach, lol. But it's not kelp I'm looking for. I'm just always noticing the advantages soil growers have when it comes to not having to feed or ph constantly, and possibly ending up with better herb as well.
Pigeons and I are in Canada which often causes shipping problems. That's always hurdle number one for me so that's what I'll be checking. I emailed build a soil a couple months ago to confirm their shipping rates to Canada (worked out to almost 3 times the cost of the products themselves) and it took two weeks to get a reply from some guy saying he was going to look into it. That's the last I heard from them so I won't be ordering from those guys.

Bummer, I forgot you guys were in the great north. The reason k4l does free shipping is because they use USPS flat rate. I'm not sure if they ship the flat rate boxes internationally for the same price.

It's tough to say if it's better herb. But I'm not complaining. It just seems like there's so many products by them that are specifically designed for bud enhancement. And it's nothing more then potash of some sort, I believe.

Shipping is always an issue for me. Cause it costs so much but more importantly because most of the time it can't even get it shipped to my location.

I think you'd love Green Planet Weasel. Their great for most mediums and they have different lines to accommodate different budgets.

As Canada enters the legalization phase it will be nice to have consistent reliable products made and sold locally.

Absolutely. I was going to mention that I don't buy everything from k4l. I try my best to buy local feather meal, granite dust, guano, compost, ect, but for anything that I can't buy locally (like azomite, microbes, amino acids, and stuff like that) I usually find that k4l has the best price.

Hey Pidge,
Do you guy's really have that much hassle buying products ? Herb is illegal here and I have no trouble getting most products at my local hydro store, the only exception being Grodan grow cubes, I just can't get em.

re: Rex Pigeons Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

It's not as easy as I should be that's for sure!

I often find that I have to pay more for shipping than I do for the product. Or I have to spend extra time trying to find somewhere that actually has the product for a reasonable price. I find that Amazon.com will have something for a nice price but Amazon.ca is much more expensive. (Maybe to cover shipping)
