Pigeons420 Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

re: Rex Pigeons Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

How are the jackalope seedlings doing?

I am going to switch my veg room to
Gas Lantern Routine tonight

There doing great! Nice and lush and very healthy. I'll start marking them differently so we can tell them apart.

That's an interesting read too!

***Tuesday Update***

Hi everyone!

Here comes another update! The little girls are getting big and coming along nicely. I'm excited to see where this is going to go! Can't wait for them to hit a size where I can start training them. Such a slow time of the process, isn't it?
But as slow as it's going in the veg room. Things are looking great in the flower room. No more nutrients for either girl. I'm starting the flush for the next 2-3 weeks. I try and get my PPM under 100. I'm quite use to getting it as low as 40 PPM. To me, that's amazing! 40 parts of nutrients for every million parts of wheat ever is in there. That means I'm smoking marijuana and not much else. Could only imagine what they smoke on the street. Haha.

Let's take a look.

Looking great! Thanks for update on jackalope especially. I can't wait to see how it does. I hope you get plenty of females

They're doing great!

I would shit my pants though if I have anymore than 2 females! I will have to add another light to the grow room if that happens hahaha. But that's a great problem to have, isn't it?

re: Rex Pigeons Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

how do you like the mataro? and ty for coming by and checking out the grow

re: Rex Pigeons Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

Im excited to see where you take us next, Bear!

Mataro Blue is a beautiful girl. She's an easy strain to maintain. Her smell is something I've never smelt before, kind of peppery or spicy. She's on week 9 and according to the producer she should be ready for harvest now. But, she'll be another couple weeks yet. Maybe even 3 weeks. Nothing unusual.
Her buds are not the prettiest things. Very gangley and spread. There's lots of them though. And there big. But they don't have the best sexy appeal. They're fairly dense but I've felt denser buds at this point in flower.
I'm anxious to taste her :)

re: Rex Pigeons Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

am thinking of adding mataro sometime in the future

It grows great! But I'll let you know if it's worth the while after I smoke it :)

re: Rex Pigeons Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

Bapple grew a mataro blue as well in the early summer. I think here was an auto. I remember being struck by the amazing look of it- a very cool looking shape- and, in the photos anyway, it actually looked quite blue. I'll ask her how it went because I lost track of that particular plant

re: Rex Pigeons Flies the Coop & Goes Perpetual in 2015

I read about the blues and purples and I'm expecting to see the same. But who knows. I would sure love to see some contrast. It would go nice with her smell.
