Well it's a bunch of legal jumbo but essentially, the federal court has ruled that the law requiring patients to register with producers for medication is unconstitutional. So they will have 6 months to draft new legislation.

In the meantime the current legislation is not enforceable and there will be a brief time that there really isn't any law yet. So, the current government will want to hurry along to give policy to the issue.

Ok thanks for the info I'm a computer consultant not a lawyer ;-)

I thought it said something about the ruling being held back for 6 months or something. I guess I thought that meant might as well wait. I guess I might as well get my medical right away then.

I wonder how many will be legal? I hope that they stipulate that only mature flowering plants count in the total or it's going to suck!

Someone from the marijuana community needs to get ahead of this. We as a group need to suggest that it be eight plants each or six plants each or something like that and we need to suggest that the definition of the plant for the number includes only mature flowering plants not clones and vegging plants.

Yea, its like that here. Till the 1st. Where a mature plant is anything over 12" lol. I can have 24, but only 6 in flower and 18 below 12" if you had mothers it would count against your 6. On the 1st though its changed to a mature plant is anything in flower, and we can have as many unmature plants as you want want. Unmature plants anything not in flower.

You can have 24 total, 18 has to be under 12" if you had 6 in flower. Any of the 18 that gets above 12" would then count against your 6. Thats basically what it is now. As of march 1st the height limit is being removed, and the definition of mature and immature plants changed. To where any plant that is not in Flower is considered immature no matter how tall. Any plant in flower is mature.
