Dam bro tht looks to a t the exact way i have my master kush as we speak.go figuresince i learned almost all my grow tech. At ur hands and an this lovely place of idk what i wud have dun if not for u man an thendirecting me allowed me to really flourish an in the same time find a great poassion todo sumthn. Lol gaedening gave my life some much needed structure plus it now alows me to have sumthn the family needs AND wants so its a win win win wrapped inside a taco for me hahahaha lol to many hoots jus now. Yea brotha u 2. An yea master kush ive alwasy loved getn it. Anytime i wud go to visit family i wud hit up people who went n got it from dispensaries hmmmm sooo tastey lol. An now im growing my very own funny how tht works out lll. An whats even better is they r about ready to flip. But then of course mother nature had to rear her big ole head up an shit out a dose of reality lamo an BAM!! got a wave of spider mites show up at the last dam min. So now i gotta ipm the shit out of them. Its not bad enuf to warrent the neem oil yet. But if my spinosad treatment dnt work out then out come the heavy guns the neem oil lol. No way i wana take a chance an bring the dam mites in my flower area again lol.

Another Beautiful Day!

So this past weekend was an exciting hockey filled weekended. We traveled about 500Km round trips to both destinations both days. What a journey. That’s the life of a hockey family and honestly I’ve missed it over the last 6 months. Really gives you purpose as a person and parent to watch your child have so much fun and participate in such a sport. One of those feel good moments.
And of course if I could pick any moment to get sick it would have to be the busiest weekend in a long time. It’s not a stomach sickness but more of a head cold. My vocals have been messed up, my throat has been real sore and I’ve had a bit of a cough. Altogether have made it difficult to sleep which only adds to the situation. Thankfully my family is very supportive and kick it into high gear when daddy is down. It’s nice to be supported when you feel so useless. It just feels great to be apart of a functional family.

As I step downstairs into the garden I’m thankful I’ve put in so much work in on the good days that it allows for a few bad days or vacant days in the garden.
But today it was necessary I pick my ass up and get down there and put in the work. There’s burping going on, transplanting needed, seedlings need planting, girls need watering and today’s the day to get it all done....or at least started haha.

Veg Room

The veg room is pretty empty at the moment as everything is out for a watering and transplant but the girls are healthy and looking for love in all the right places.

SPECIAL QUEEN week8ish

I know she looks like a bit of a hack job but I’m currently in the process of getting her in top notch form so I can transfer her into flower. It’s actually been some time since I’ve trained a plant to this extent so I want to make sure I’ve got it just right so I don’t have any future problems. I’m looking for that flat canopy with plenty of budsights for growth and lots of room for air circulation. Once those three things have been established it’s flowe time!

JACK SKELLINGTON

These girls have been something else. I planted 7 of them and only 3 popped their heads and only 2 have done any growing since then. These seeds aren’t anything too special. They were given to me but a friend of mine who just wanted to spread some love so I’m in no position to judge the quality of the genetics. But I’m excited to give them a try and see if I can get them to the end! I still have a desire to show my friend that his work was worth his effort!
The both of them have just been transplanted into 3 gallon pots and are ready to be upgraded from 250w to 400w of Metal halide. Let the games begin!

CHOCOLATE THAI (week 1 cure)

Still quite a bit of moisture in these buds yet as this is just the second day of curing. These buds are some of the frostiest buds I’ve ever grown! I can’t get over it. I wanna lick them! I’m trying to do everything right at this point to ensure a perfect cure so I can enjoy my months worth of hard work.
Forgive my trim job. I’ll be doing a finer manicure when the buds are dry so I can get a nice fine bud. I love using the extra trim in my concentrates so there’s absolutely no waste and often I find myself adding a little extra to the concentrate bin because who doesn’t want it to be a little finer? Haha.

However, I still have a lot of work to get done this morning and if I don’t get to it now it’s only going to back up and take longer tomorrow. Thanks for swinging in my friends and I hope to see you real soon! Until then I’m going to continue sipping warm honey and tea. Lots of love!

The buds are really firm to the touch. They’re still drying to I’m sure they’ll get a bit harder as time goes by. I just need to keep a close eye on them at this point and see them through the curing stage.

lol yea i know what u mean. Im currently trying to make some auto fem seeds. So i need to plan to plant a mother recipient at a certain time so tht way she is ready to polinate come the proper time. An man ive had everything go wrong from massive mite infestation to one of the lights burning out on my cob lightto a few beans not germn. An now i think i see dam thrips im not sure but they r little white wormy/bug lookn things so i got out the heavy duty guns yesterday n started the neem oil treatments. So we will see how good tht works an hopefully it gets rid of them then i can flip my photos and then the autos wont stunt on me atleast thts my plan. Plus if im constantly having to spray them down wen i pollinate them im sure it will kill the pollen idk much but i do no water is not gud wen tryn to polinate ur girls an if it gets wet the pollen will be no gud. So i would assume the same for pest management sprays lol. But either way i got another c4 auto bean to take off an gotta bunch of pollen sacs an nanners showing up in my pineapple express and my c4 auto to pollinate her with so lets hope they fill up full of pollen. I plan to pollinate half of the plant with plain c4 auto pollen and then the other half of the plant with pineapple express auto pollen. Then i will have abunch of auto beans. But yea brother gud luck with the rest of everything going on on ur end. Bet ur super busy now hockey season startn up hope u an the fam are feeling better now wish ur son gud luck with his upcoming season from me namaste brother.

Good Morning Everyone!

Wow it’s back to reality this morning as I finish up my garden chores and head off to work. Had an incredible weekend with friends and family, it was so relaxing. Went to the city with the wife and boy late Friday evening and arrived before midnight. Came back Sunday to a nice clean house. Haha I have always had the idea that I’d rather clean my house before I got on a trip rather than after because nothing is worse then coming home to a disaster after a nice long trip just to clean.
However, I haven’t yet done the same in the garden. This morning was rather demanding with a heavy water and feed along with a bit of trimming to keep everything clean and tidy under the canopy. But I’m true fashion everything was watered, fed and trimmed with minutes to spare before I head of to work for the day.

Let’s take a look!

VEG ROOM

Things are quickly picking up here after a short slow down. The two Jack Skellingtons are in perfect shape for some training which will take place tomorrow morning. Honestly I can’t wait, might even do a little tonight depending on time.

JACK SKELLINGTON (week4)

As mentioned already, these girls are ready for the train. They’ve sprung up so nicely over the last week or so that I’m actually a little surprised. They were so weak and strange looking at the start that I wasn’t really sure they were going to make it. But of course, you cannot underestimate the powers of the cannabis plant. The plant is so resilient that I wouldn’t doubt now that these plants produce some killer product. Here’s hoping they’re female!

CHOCOLATE THAI (week1)

If you recall I planted 16 of these seeds and to my surprise, I’m so surprised today, all 16 germinated. However I only had 10 solo cups and 6 of them died over the weekend while I was gone. Haha this is my own fault but kind of sucks. These seeds are pretty old and haven’t been stored to well but yet they continue to germinate. What a dream!

FLOWER ROOM

It seemed for some reason the duct work that connects to my air conditioner to the vent outside was coming undone and blowing the warm air back inside my garden. Thankfully it’s cold enough outside that the extra warm air didn’t make a huge difference with a 6 inch hole opened up leading directly outside to the -30 weather. The temp didn’t get above 85F. Phew. However, I’ve got it fixed for now and things seem to be running decent enough I can go to work in peace.

SPECIAL QUEEN (week2)

This girl is a beast! I can’t get over how well she’s doing despite existing 3/4 over her pot. It seems despite my subconscious efforts to derail myself, things just keep getting better. Imagine that?! Haha
I’m in love with this plant and cannot wait to see her explode over the next few weeks.

Well, that concludes a successful morning of garden chores. Everything is back and under the lights, doors are closed and I’m off to work. Thanks for swinging by my friends. I hope to see you soon. Keep things green and stay positive!
