Usually no. I did have one sponsor who asked me to buy their unit on Amazon at half price so it could be shipped from there and then they reimbursed me. I don't know if that is still happening but it was the only one that ever did that and most of the time everything has arrived without paying anything.Do we pay any shipping or anything ? I put some casters on a skid so I can easily move it around for tending. I use a room, not a tent. Pretty nice little setup. The scrog were from two different other strains so when I went bigger I zipped tied them together. Here's another shot from underneath
Oh and a little tip for all you growers. Instead of buying expensive mylar, just buy a $5 space blanket from Walmart! Yeah, I know about those blankets. 2 ml. Mylar that gets messed up easily. The stuff I bought was 6 ml. & has a white backing on it. It's more like Vinyl. Doesn't tear easy at all.Oh and a little tip for all you growers. Instead of buying expensive mylar, just buy a $5 space blanket from Walmart! Space blankets are Mylar
There is cheap and minimalist, and then there is doing it right. I will be installing the 6ml stuff too. Man, just think how that Mega is going to reflect in there... omg. Invest in sunglasses and tanning cream.Yeah, I know about those blankets. 2 ml. Mylar that gets messed up easily. The stuff I bought was 6 ml. & has a white backing on it. It's more like Vinyl. Thank You !!!Nice win on the journal of the month!!
LOL. That light + the 2 Mars Hydro lights ... might have to dial them down soon. Going to purchase another LUX Meter so I can get more accurate on lighting. It's going to feel like X-mas soon between the sponsor prizes & all the things I'm ordering. Propagation Tent & 3rd Auto Pot on it's way. Picking up 2 Florowing 250 Watt CFL lights in the morning for Cloning or seedlings. Still need a light for Mother plant, 4" fan & Filter & 2 - clip on fans for the clone area. Maybe add a Heat Mat. I get that stuff & I'll be sort of perpetual in a small way. Good enough for me. Not looking to draw attention. There is cheap and minimalist, and then there is doing it right.
