well i tried vinegar and baking soda and a water flush and mop and it hasnt come off the walls. I dont see any on the floor so maybe the contanst puddles of mopping up water saturated it enough to get rid of it on the floor, but I cant saturate the walls like that or i would probably ruin the drywall. Im going to paint over it. My guess is that it is potassium silicate since that is the only chemical not soluble in water, and it also seems to sparkle hints of green. I dont want to have it around because i feel like tiny bits could come off the walls and get breathed or in get in someones eyes. How dangerous could minimal exposure be? and whats the likliness of it being potassium silcate? All i know for sure it is wont come off the walls and ceiling, and it sparkles, and it deffinately oringinated from the ph up and down spill.
