Stumpy sounds good. I'd like to give one a try. In about 2 months. LA has a system that might be like it. His is ebb n flow. Fabric pot in a container I believe.

HGK and SB looked a little heated up today, and might have too much nitrogen in my nutes. Switching back to Lucas formula for time being. PC is in same kinda heat but shows no signs of stress. She'll keep getting the nutes she's been getting. My little clone of a clone (CC) is looking good still. I have a good feeling about this one living and rooting. Hopefully it roots faster than the mother of it did. 3 weeks is a long time
 
Woooohooo! How you been stumped? I'll be checking on my plants again when family goes to bed. Gonna have to open up my intake a little more for better air. Too humid and hot in there lately. Glad you got to jump on tonight, gets really quiet once you go
 
Busy as ol shit. Tearing down a gurage, building a pond and making pots. Hopefully placing a seed order real soon. Not a big one. Too poor for anything more then 50$ right now lol but I need something.
The sog is doing good. Just did the week 3 defoliation last night. New nutrients seems to be working good. The Hydroton on top is really keeping the moisture in the soil. I have to water every 4 days. Before I was watering every 1-2 days.
I think I'm having a calcium problem. So next flush I'll add 5ml Epsom salt per gallon. Might have to buy a calcium additive with this line. Not sure I'll see if Epsom salt cures it first. Plants should be dry enough by Tuesday to water.
The Hydroton really made me see how much I was loosing to evaporation. Half roughly, in turn causes salt build up, witch I did see last 2 grows. Just did some extra flushing and it cured it. But still I'd like to avoid potential problems and I like not watering day or other day.

Damn boy, hope you ain't digging that pond by hand! I feel you on the seeds, I gotta split part of my grow with my buddy cause I can't afford seeds on my own. I only got about 30 bucks to spend on seeds, so he pitches in about 60 or so, and I give him an ounce of so from each plant I grow. That's another reason I need to up my yield.

Building by hand, above ground pond. Well 4 ponds. 2 3000 gallon and 2 smaller 1000 gallon. All plumbed together.
I'll be good once I get back to work. Damn power bill is what's killing me. In my house I got a total of 2000 watts in filters. And 3200w of lighting. + the 1300w for my grow room and veg box. Oil furnace and hotwater, Winter is even worse but I'm working so it don't matter as much. But in the winter when I got heaters on for the aquariums, forgetaboutit. Another 5000w good thing they only come on for about 3 hours a day 2 times a day.....
So yea u can imagine my power bills. 17cents a kWh up here. My power meeter spins like a top.
 
Good god man, that's too much. I'm glad I'm lazy cause that sounds like hard work, hard work I never wanna get into. I couldn't imagine having a bill like that for power. Is be cutting my grows smaller and getting rid of fish lol. But I know both of those are your passion. I've got only 350 watts total between my two grow spaces and don't like the bill. Makes my stomach hurt thinking about it, don't know how you do it
 
Goodnight wildjim, tell the wife we all said hi. Can't believe there's roots so quick. Makes me wish I had bought some a while back. I just didn't research autos then and believed they were all low yield cause is only read about lowriders and low yield. Damn I should have researched more
 
Lol dunno why I was saying epsomsalt I meant molasses lol as I do every non nute feeding, and it DOES contain calcium lol. Haven't been talking about growing for a few days and my brain goes to mush. Yes my epsomsalt that's brown and sugary lol

I want to downsize but again I can't afford to. I'd trade a 1kw for a 600w or even a 400w HPS. I have a 400w mh only ballast. But crops were too small on it. Good quality but was hard to get a half pound.
 
I did a lot of researching. I saw you buy your Mars II. I had been reading icemud, BID, TopLED for a year before I singed up here. I 'needed' a fast harvest and that meant autos. Just had to figure out what. I first tried a 250 actual watt cfl and 125 flower cfl both with reflectors. Spent a lot for them. Wasted I should say. They were hotter than leds. My tent was way too small for them.

Yeah I got blinded by the photo strains. I'd always heard of Skywalker, C99, purple haze, and read about the cup winners. So I turned a stupid blind eye on autos. But I've seen the light and got to see you grow them at autos, and now I'm hooked. I love the good yield and fast turn around.
 
Hey Guys,

So I have 3 plants in flowering. Hoping to get your thoughts on my grow and hopefully some advice. I took two photos for each plant. The 3rd plant I was told by Peyton is likely a nitrogen toxicity which I will address by flushing. Anybody have an estimate of what my yield might be? I am about to complete week 6. Around two more weeks to go? All three plants are showing a very very light amber tinted trichromes but obviously not ripe yet. Thanks in advance

Even with the issue with plant #3, her buds are still thriving. Probably would be even better healthy though
