It's looking that way mate, the only one I've not had much popcorn off is TD#1 coz it's hard to get too but the other 2 regularly have seeds. I took a bigger bud off Toxic & there wasn't a seed in it so hopefully that's a good sign

I have a Heavyweight Seeds Fast and Vast that is confusing me considerably. She is nearing 4 feet tall and over 3 feet wide. I have seen 1 preflower for the past week. She is well past the advertised 60 day seed to harvest, 12 days actually. Her sister popped the same day. And was harvested on day58. She drinks a gallon of nutes a day in a 3 gallon hempy. I changed light schedule from 21/3 to 18/6 in chance that it would urge flowering. Hasn't worked as it still has 1 flower a week later. Anyone have this experience with Fast and Vast?

WJ, I've tried to germ a few but I've been speed drying in the oven which might be cooking them. I'm sure I'll get one germed though & I can see what it's like

Update: I looked 4 hours later and lo and behold flowers! One single flower at each node (?) and with my loupe I can see what they are. I'll start spraying CS on a top I have chosen in a day or two. I'll attempt to self pollinate that branch. Oh yea, she is 41 inches tall. Wife said they were true to their names. One was Fast and this one is Vast, and she is. Try to get a photo tonight at lights out. What is an average percentage of growth in flower? Is there a calculation I can use to approximate height she might attain at harvest?

I just put two in faucet water til they sank. Then I put them in Root Riot plugs and under a TopLED MarsHydro Reflector 48x3 LED for a week, then under the Mars II 700. I fed them RapidStart as soon as they popped out of plug. I'm new at this but this worked great and they popped in 3 days. I'll do it next time too.

Yes I am. CS is best for autos. That's what my research tells me. I don't want to shock her, so I am waiting for a couple days for more flowers on the spray area and all over the plant. Never saw the time when a plant was covered with single flowers. You have something I don't know about CSing autos?

Well here is my number 2 Fast and Vast AUto. Two weeks past projected harvest date and the date her sister was harvested. Both were germinated same time and popped from Root Riot plug nearly at the same time. Sorry about the pictures. I don't see well due to the Glaucoma.
This is Vast, she is 42 inches tall and the walls are 44" wide. She is in a 3 gallon 100% perlite hempy. She is fed 5 ml CaliMagic and the GH Floranova Simple Drain to Waste schedule. She drinks 1 gallon each day. Temps are between 74 and 86 lights off and on. RH runs 43. Sorry bottom isn't visible in this photo
Here is the bottom.

Beautiful plant my friend. You need to defol. Don't take off to much in 1 setting, but you need to open her a little.

That is one massive and bushy auto. As cool as it is, I want my auto to be like fast, not vast. Mines coming along, got to second set of leaves and has grown bigger, but isn't spitting out anymore leaves or nodes in last two days. Either way, she'll do her thing. Picture day is tomorrow for all my plants. HGK clone is next to get cut. Another two weeks and it should be strawberry blue's time

Never know how any are going to grow. Remember it took a while for Vast to catch up to Vast. Fast wasn't that much smaller. I do like these. I'm thinking about finishing one outside in the spring.
I'll start spraying tomorrow. I took the pictures with my green cfl on.TopLED/MarsHydro Mars II 900 watts is dark til 3AM. I think I'll do a little defol too. I have defol'd a few times already. I'll just do a little at a time. I'll start low and work my way up. Autos don't like taking green leaves, I have heard.
Fast, her sister, is very potent. Two hits is too much for me. Got over 3 zips from Fast, it is all going to oil. I need the oil and smoking is secondary. Sorry to any recreational readers unfamiliar with the oil.
I'm excited to see how much she might grow during flowering. I never thought I would be concerned about her size, but that only means I might not have to grow during winter vacation. Almost lost Fast from 3 day drought in September. Maybe that was the stress that caused Vast to take so long to start flowering.
Anyone that has grown a Heavyweight Seeds Fast and Vast Auto, did your's get this large? Was it this potent? Seed bank says 18-20% THC, 0.8% CBD No where does it say near 4 feet tall. If you want to try an auto, I got my seeds from original sensible seeds, a non-sponsor. I think herbies might have them. Just make sure you have enough room. I have read a few posts elsewhere the mostly say it's either Indica dominant and they go 1 - 1.3 meters tall and 60-65 days to harvest or, Sativa dominant 1.4 meters 12.5 weeks to harvest. I got one of each maybe.

wow wildjim that auto looking awesome mate. i had a purple cheese auto go to about 3 foot and and i thought that was big. i do think that as the genetics get stronger in the autos then we will see more big looking autos and then everyone will be turning to the dark side. just throwing it out there, has anyone else found that autos dont like air pots? i just finished a few and they were in 10 litre air pots and they didnt grow very big and they didnt produce much bud. so now ive gone to normal 11 litre square pots.

Thank you so much Wildwelshman. I am a believer in the bigger the pot, the bigger the Pot. In my view, 3 gallons (US) are the smallest. I grow autos for the faster grow time/rate. I think the genetics of autos are only in their early beginnings and we'll be seeing larger plants that are going to give photo plants a run for their money. Three months of grow time for a couple months of medicine will attract more new growers. Just need larger grow rooms or tents. I'm going to try one Fast and Vast Auto outside this spring.

Ya WJ the FnV is some really nice smoke mine only took me a couple hits to, I was surprised lol all around a really good auto to grow I haven't grown any others but when people say they get 10 g or 30 g it just doesn't compare. I would be unhappy if i grew a different auto and didn't pull at least 3 zips lol

Yea man. If anyone would ask for a recommendation on a cannabis plant to grow it would be Fast and Vast. Big bucket, minimum 3 gallons and 100% perlite. I don't know anything else.
I grew a NLxBB and got 3 ozs from that, and she was a freebie from the seed bank I have used. There are plenty big producers out there. Heavyweight Seeds has four others. Autos are picky. Need a big bucket. Feed every day.

I'm getting excited got my pre flowers on all my girls right now little buds forming everywhere hoping for a good harvest this round I pulled pretty nice off that last SB so I was hoping to at least double that this time with the 3 if that can be done I might just hit a lb this round so I'm getting really anxious to see what my girls do in the next couple weeks. I'm thinking I was dumb not doing a beneficial bacteria sooner live and learn right..

A pound? Man that is exciting. I could get 60-70 grams of oil from a pound. Three plants like my Fast and Vast #2 girl could get there.
Glad I start spraying today. I just need a couple hundred seeds and some pollen to freeze. Sure wish I CS'd the #1 girl, she was ready at 58 days. Here we are at 75 days and, like your girls, she was loaded with single preflowers yesterday. Haven't looked yet today.
I better calm down. Blood pressure is getting up there from the excitement.
