Yes STS is what I use, it's cheap from the zon or eBay if you buy the Chemicals and mix yourself. I'll post a tutorial as soon as I find it.
Ok got some pics of the girls, I started spraying Chem 91 #7 tonite so I will flip the tent tomorrow after work.

I spray every couple of days at first then back off to every 3-4 days. I spray right up until I have pollen sacs. Ethylene is a sex hormone the female plants produces for flowering, it's needed for pistilate flowers to form. The ionized silver in the STS inhibits ethylene production causing male flowers to grow. Being genetically female the pollen passes on 1 female chromosome as does the pistilate flowers. The result is feminized offspring.

How true are the offspring to the parents using this method? In like if you had an outstanding mother plant and used two clones.

That's what seems better with STS, it's less application, so if ya space it not a big deal

There may be slight differences from 1 individual to another but they will be fairly consistent. Half the fun is looking for phenos anyway. You can take a clone from a mother plant and have it turn out far better than the mom.
