I’m talking to a guy at work that has a 2 bedroom home about 3 miles out of town. Needs a new bathroom floor and he’s not sure how he wants to handle it. I may be able to put able to put a new floor down instead of paying deposit.

Thanks guys, yes Joe I’ll probably need some instructions on the new floor if he decides to rent it out as is.
Hope it all works out for you Penny. Funny but I have spent the last few months researching flooring because I am going to redo my kitchen floor and that vinyl plank flooring that floats and snaps together is pretty quick to lay.
Flooring is easy as long as yer base is nice and level
