Derbybud talked with him a few days ago. He said Penny is looking at a different place then the one he was looking at originally he said it was further out in the country which would work better for him. He said he doesn't have WIFI so he wouldn't be on until he gets internet. This is second hand so maybe @Derbybud can fill us in a little more when he gets back on here.
