that's a good idea the more minds that are involved are better good luck is there some reason you would have nerve damage in there?
that would be a good thing get in there where that's all they do good luck to ya hook!...no reason I can think of, but nerve/s could be pinched in the lower back possibly...20/20 hindsight...shoulda' had a MRI done in Maz...too cheap tho'... ...hopefully can get into the hip clinic soon, and if they can't figger' it out, if not, off to the back clinic...ffs...cheerz......h00k......
Hey Penny. Sorry to hear about your health problems. Hope things work out for you. When I found this site for some reason I thought I would be one of the oldest out here but I find out it is mostly other old people with health problems too. I am in good company.
I have my own issue. I went to my doctor recently for something minor so he sends me for regular blood work and my PSA reading comes back at 6.2 so I am sent to a specialist who gave me a biopsy and I get the results Wednesday. I have a 30% chance of having prostate cancer with my numbers.
Hope all goes well. Early detection is key. My grandfather was a stubborn SOB. He waited until he couldn't even urinate before he went to a doc. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer and was dead 7 months later. My dad on the other hand was diligent after the grandfather's problem. They caught his early and treated it. Cancer free for 12 years.
I hate to hear that homer. Good thoughts and prayers your way brother. Maybe since it was found with routine bloodwork rather than a bunch of physical symptoms then it would be caught early if that’s what it is.I appreciate the well wishes and comments farside. My dad had it too when he was about my age and he is 84 now so even if I have it probably isn't that bad. Early detection is key but my doc didn't even tell me I was at 3 and then let me go I think five years despite my family history without being tested again which is how I got such a high number.

Hey Homer I’m pulling for ya man. I’ve got a biopsy coming for a potential skin cancer spot. My Mom has had several biopsies for skin cancer as well. I’ll keep you in my thoughts.
Doh!
Sorry to hear that Homer... best wishes Brother. Knowing you you'll fabricate a solution with your minimalist ways so try not to worry about a thing. It sounds like it was detected early enough, albeit so late based on the history of your family.
I made some real weak infused coconut oil that I’m not using... wonder if I should start rubbing that on it. Shed’s topicals are my next evolutionThanks for pulling for me Archiweedies. And good luck with your biopsy too. I heard people have used Cannabis oil on skin cancer with success.

hehehe...actually was at the Doc's yesterday...he's still not convinced it's the hip...maybe nerve damage?... ...in any event, I got a referral to a hip and knee clinic...maybe they can come up with a definitive answer
My dog just got an MRI...maybe you should see her vet. Hope they sort out that hip h00k!shoulda' had a MRI done in Maz.
Oof! Sorry to hear that Homer. My doc doesn't even do PSA testing anymore unless you specifically ask for it. So many mixed signals on prostate cancer these days with the AMA changing recommendations every few years. Good luck!I have my own issue.
