I'm posting this photo in three different threads looking for a common solution to this problem. This is a Purple Punch clone. It's trying hard to get going but just doesn't seem to want to grow. It has a good bit of healthy roots. I keep the soil moist but not wet. It is currently growing in a homemade grow space 38" below a ViparSpectra 450 watt LED light. The temperature at plant level is in the low to mid 70s, and a little cooler at night.
Knowing this I want to eliminate heat or light stress and feel it is something else. What can you guys share? Anyone else encountered this before?

Hi Beez, sadly no. I was stumped with your question. It sounds like a good one when you get it going.
LOL No Fan on her. She is just in the baby box. Not too hot, not too cold. Soil is not too dry or too wet. She is being fed 25% strength nutrients when she is fed. She has good lighting but not too strong and she's not too close to the light.
Growing in Promix BX...….I PH as close to 6.5 as I can and adjust it every time I feed or water.

I keep getting this feeling it has to do with her roots.
Like it hit a hot spot in the soil or something.
How so with the roots? Just too this picture seconds ago.
Promix BX doesn't have any nutrients in it so no hot spots. Or at least I wouldn't think there would be any.

That's a head scratcher, none of the obvious culprits seem to fit.
That's why I'm here. 
@SweetSue said it's needing some Calmag so I'll give that a shot and see what she does. I had a large Chem 91 X Cherry Aliendawg plant that was doing the same thing. I took a cutting off of her and pitched the bigger plant into the compost pile.

I have a purple Trainwreck that likes to grow that way. Lemme snap a pic of her this run and dig up one of her from the last one doing the same thing

Could be calcium, just don't fit the profile.
