PCaddict's Second Grow Featuring Budget LED, Growing Amnesia Fast & Sweet Tooth

Wish I could but it’s not to be lol
That has been the only smell other then Skunk that I can detect and I cant taste much just to know if it smells/taste good or bad but I have picked up a little fuel and turpentine and the other day I thought I could smell Lemon cleaner so that's another one

Seems we can pick strains that are right for us from the smell.
Yeah I suffer from Depression, Anxiety , and Pain It helps with all three for me and you are right some strains work better then others.

One good note Cannabis has help get me off Methadone and I was able to quit Vaping while using Cannabis/weed. Now I need to work on my health and getting in Shape, Where are you @Grandpa Tokin I need some motivation. Tell me how hard was it to start a work out program. I need to get started

Just have to start slow and stay at at it.
Yeah Slow and steady is the winning combination for getting in shape. Gotta start low and slow and build up over time and staying with it to make it daily routine is key , Then it comes down to nutrition and genetics

you could start with a simple walk 20-30 minutes everyday you will be surprised what doing just that will do for your life just a lousy 30minutes.

Dank woman and I go for walks a lot. An hour here and there really helps me feel better. My back, shoulder both ache and more I sit around it gets worse. Walks really helps me feel better. Last couple of years we've been trying to eat better too. Not really a diet just trying to cut out processed food, when possible

Yeah I know they recommend walking for depression and I really need that. I have to say no matter how tired I get I have Chronic Fatigue, No matter how much my back feet and knees hurt I have to push through I also have chronic Pain as well, I know all excuses and I know I have to push through and like the Nike commercial says (Just Do It)

i here ya pc if things hurt to much it makes it impossible to do a walk like that i have a knee that can act up to where i dont walk but it subsides and i get back to it i have to make myself get up from this chair and my cup of coffee and go out there and walk i actually use the walk time to think about things you'd be surprised how quick 20 minutes passes my back can go out to but doesnt stay when i had the chronic hip pain i took a lot of ibuprofen now almost never i hope you can get some walking in bud good luck to you!

i swear the walk is a life saver.
Back in 2006 I hurt my low back and had an MRI. Found a couple bad discs and the radiology report said degenerative disc disease. The oldest of the neurosurgeons said he would operate if I really wanted it badly enough but recommended that I walk 45 minutes a day for six weeks and then decide. He said that if I had that particular operation that this specific walking routine would be part of the post-operative deal anyway.

I was using a walking stick at the time because the nerve that was pinched was the sciatic nerve to the right leg. After 10 weeks I was no longer using the cane. All is good today with the back and leg but I now suffer from plantar fasciitis which currently limits my walking activities. I've found a new exercise a couple weeks ago that's helping that issue so we'll see.

So with all that said. Walk and don't forget to vote!
