I’m an old guy, things were different when I was a kid. First wake I ever went to I was 5, there was a room adjacent to the sitting room where everyone talks, my father told me to go in and pull the sheet off the table. Little dumb kid I was pulled off the sheet where an old man’s body was being embalmed , I think they found me a half mile away running down the side of the highway. In case anyone wonders why I bring up therapy , I’m 63 it’s as vivid as if it was yesterday

My father was a serious asshole , brother it seems like you just wake up one day and go, fuck I’m old, it sucks , I lived my life to the fullest, partied way too much. Had a really tough 5 yrs thrown in there in my mid 50s that I really didn’t need . I still hit the gym everyday I’m might be old but I refuse to let my body get old
