haha 3:39 hawaii time and I’m working in the kitchen while everyone sleeps. I love it though. Clam chowder from scratch on the slow and low and Turkey is in the oven!

We fry a bird every year; wife got me an indoor "countertop" turkey fryer a few years ago. We're just stuck on it.

I'm up early to inject & season our bird. Most of my time today will be spent making green bean casserole, and (something new this year), I'm gonna make a 9x13 pan of twice baked taters instead of the "standard" mashed taters.

Sounds like a banger!

Happy Thanksgiving P hope you have a great day with your family. That potato dish sounds good my wife makes something similar she bakes potatoes scoops out the inside mashes them with cheese then bakes them in the oven again it's pretty tasty.
