Not so much getting "the run-around" I just had some funky blood tests that pointed them toward my thyroid, opposed to elsewhere. I've been on medication to treat that for months now. Symptoms just keep getting more intense.Sorry to hear that you are getting the run around and around on the medical front, but hopefully the new team will crack the code of what's ailing you. Hope that you are able to shake it off and feel
Now my primary doc is directing her efforts toward mental health (PTSD/Anxiety/Depression) and a Cardiologist (chest pains).
We'll get it whooped, one way or another.
Good luck with the new specialist and take up all the time you need in there. Ask every question you can think of...write them down if you need to. Make them think in new ways because of who you are and what's going on with you.
I've blocked out a double appointment with my primary tomorrow, she could have just done shit via phone, I wanted the face time...
Mrs. Milly will be coming along, she's my memory. My mind is fading quick, much quicker than my dad, but I definitely have CRS like a mofo.
I've actually been keeping a journal of my medical issues over the last few months in preparation for this appointment.
Here's my shit-show, locked & ready to blast at the doc. LoL.... politely, I love her.
I was even nice enough to remove some of the more "personal" issues. The list goes on & on...
38 isn't the age this shit happens... Faaaack me! It's frustrating.
Anywhoo.... most of my symptoms can mimic Graves Disease, and I originally tested high in thyroid levels. They obviously chased that lead first. Thyroid has stabilized enough that it no longer concerns them. We're on a different pat now...
Love y'all, appreciate all the support. Life is kickin' muh ass, I get to step away from that when I'm here.
