I know if I really need y'all, I can @ ya
:thumb:

I normally just skim all my subbed journals as well. It's the only way I can keep up. I'll jump in if something catches my eye, or someone tags me.
But, I'm sure I still miss a lot.
LoL

Cute babies! Is that first Bubba up?
Yeah, all 4 are up, last one popped up this morning. It's still got a helmet, but I've been dripping water on it since it popped up. I'll intervene tomorrow if she hasn't popped the shell off yet.

Put in some work on the GG4 babies tonight.

Dreamberry auto has been shifted over to the flower room, so she wouldn't hog up the whole veg box. Did a little defol on her as well.

If it were mine, I'd stick that auto off to the side in the veg box if there's room. I'd rather it be getting 18/6 or 20/4 than 12/12 even if it's not directly under the light.
It might make its way back in there. My autos are my lil bastard kids. I just move em where they fit.

We interrupt this program with a word from our sponsor - RQS - :)

WHAT ABOUT A 12/12 LIGHT CYCLE FOR AUTOFLOWERS?

Some growers still decide to keep their autos under a 12/12 light cycle during flowering. And that’s fine, as autos grown in these conditions can still produce a fair harvest. Just remember that the buds you harvest under a 12hr light cycle will be noticeably smaller than what you'd get under a 18–24hr cycle. Some reasons you might consider keeping your autos under 12/12 include:
  • Heat concerns: If you live in a very hot climate, you might want to turn your grow lights off during the day to avoid overheating your grow room. In that case, growing your autos under a 12/12 light cycle—with lights on during the night—might be your best bet to avoid causing your plants heat stress.
  • Growing autos alongside photoperiod strains: If you’re growing autos alongside feminized photoperiod strains, you’ll likely have to place your autos in the same room as your flowering feminized plants, meaning your autos will only get 12 hours of light per day.
  • To save money: Running grow lights for 18–24 hours over a few months can get very expensive. If you want to grow autos on a tight budget, you might want to use a 12hr light cycle instead.

I'm pretty sure I can hear it crying all the way up here in Ontario :(

So, this next song is dedicated to our little Dreamberry down in Texas: Don't Cry lol :)

Y'all heal up real quick now ya hear!

:blunt:

All good in the hood.

Stellar!

Might I ask what Mars Hydro lamp you got? I did buy a few last year from them after doing my own research. One of few direct retailers that had DHL shipments from a location in Europe. Happy to see others using the same brand. I've shopped computer/server parts from China and it arrived all wonky and sh*t. Of course. Not doing that again

Aloha Braddah P!

Buds and plants looks crip as usual! Stoked the procedure went well for you. Hopefully once it’s all said and done you will have long term relief! Sending nothing but positive thoughts and vibes for a speedy recovery!

What do yall think a auto that is allready in flower under 12 12 from seed going to 18-6?
It was already starting to flower when I moved it. Changes in light schedule do not trigger flower in autodlowering plants.

They just grow better with more light, hence the reason I moved it back.

I think it will say :thanks:

Lmao - Autos do love to lie around and get their tan on don't they! :)

But that's actually a pretty good question, and ties into something I plan to do do soon.

The auto is already programmed to like long hours of light - so there will be minimal stress - because most of the stress was from depriving the auto of light in the first place.

On the other hand, a photoperiod will stress and begin to re-veg. I've read about it and I've seen some people try it here - but I've heard they usually grow slower and yield less the second time around.

Just an FYI - a few weeks ago I read about taking a clone from a photoperiod plant at week 2 of flower - it's called monster cropping.

I've never tried monster cropping before, but plan to do it this round for the experience. That and back cropping too.

PS - if you're hungry for science, you can look up red and far-red receptors.
