Oz's First Grow - Pyramid Tut In Coco

Thanks mate :) One of the "sticks" (lol) was a double amputee ....ouch. Luckily it developed growth under the flux and I'm now flux it. It's tiny compared to the others and I can't remember it's number of the top of my head. Weird thing is it's nodes are MEGA tight and I really think it'll be a top yielder :) The other thing is it's fluxing across the pot NOT along it so I might twist its flux through 90 degrees LOL :)
 
Just checked the pics mate and it's on the 11th pic....number 1 lol :)

Quick question for anyone with good autos knowledge......It's 26 days today since I received the beans. So effectively 3 weeks since they "broke soil". I'm aware that they're a bit stress sensitive but I'm thinking about re-potting them. They're in 20lt (5 US gallons Trich lol) pots. The pots are near as damn it 12" wide and 12" deep. When I did a bit training and rotated them today I found roots coming out of the bottom of the pots through the drain holes! No masses but a few long "stringy" ones. So, what's the verdict guys? Re-pot or let them go? I'm thinking there's AT LEAST another 5-6 weeks before chopping :)
 
Step away from the pots lol. For an auto those measurements seem just fine. I get roots out the bottom of my big 20ltr pots within a couple of weeks. So dont re pot them my friend they should be fine :)
 
Lol....thanks again mate. I was thinking that that sort of growth in such a short time was freaky lol :) Gotta say though they're very impressive :) They seem to grow by the hour LITERALLY lol :) I hope that translates into zips :)
 
Love the Fluxing my friend as well as the Yuxing lol. Just be gentle with em all from now on lol. Your autos look really good buddy, was the first pic the one youve messed with for me? If so looks great :)
 
:rofl: Yuxing....love it. Sounds like a Chinese gymnast lol :) Yes mate, that's your auto. They're incredible growers.
I've so got to learn patience though. Problem is I'm on my knees working with them and I get cramps lol. They're tough girls though which is just as well :slide:. I've been "playing" with the set up and "think" I've got it sorted now. Temps are between 82-88 and RH betweem 56-63. The reason the pics look foggy is becaus the humidifiers produce a cool wet mist which drifts around the tent. When the air flow is right it cools and humidifies......brilliant bits of kit. And at £20 each a total bargain :)
 
Again mate just looked at ur girls again they're super pic 12 especially nice.... Echoing la's comment with pot size. I'd of said 10 litre was adequate ur spoiling them with 20's lol
Ur misters are great by the looks mate. Soon x Mas is gone its on my shopping list for next grow :)

I flower plants 4'-5' tall in 5 gallon pots.

KJC....if I grew a 5'er it would be taller than me lol. (well, nearly lol) . I am actually struggling a bit trying to keep them low. Seems like every time I turn my back the buggers grow an inch.....(wish I knew their secret lol) :)
 
Hi mate. Running out of wire buddy :) And it kills my back hoisting them in n out.
You remember those little white bugs you had? Well I've got them too! Killed about 12 of them today. Tiny little luminous white things with 2 antenna? Did yours do any damage? They were just sitting in the drip trays o 4 of the autos. The other 2 trays had lots of run off in them and I didn't see any wrigglers. BASTARDS!!!!!!! lol :)
 
That's good mate....cheers. Can't understand how they got there lol. I sterilised the pots and trays before using them :) Ohhhh well, as long as they don't munch my girls I'm not too bothered. I'll just keep killing them off as I move the pots.....they'll soon get sick lol :)
