Oz's First Grow - Pyramid Tut In Coco

Well, Mrs Oz has been safely dropped off to work and me....? Well, I was supposed to be out hanging a few doors today but I got a text at 4am (I shit you not) cancelling the job for he 2nd time!!!! Some people boil my pee!!!
On the UP side..... more tent time :) MORE defol....MORE training.....MORE feeding and today.....MORE LIGHTS.:) Ohhhh yes, light GLORIOUS light.....The "boy" will be round so I'll get a few pics up if poss to. Have a GREAT, GREAT, GREAT GREEN DAY my 420 friends :)

4 AM cancel ....Nice...that has been happening to me a lot too, since Christmas ...everone is broke...which makes me broke too :)

Lol....hi chaps n chapesses :) Well, a few mods done in the tent and I feeling DAMN proud of myself :) Just added an extra 750w of cfl incandescence all in the 2700k spec :) Sorted out my diamond mylar curtain too HAPPY DAZE. The autos got a BIG 2.5ltr feed which included boost and PK13/14 and their buds are looking very FROSTY :) . Little baggie is sat on top of one the 600w HPS taking a sauna and, hopefully, will be in her (please be a HER not a HIM lol) new 5ltr food container of a pot VERY SOON. Anyway, heres a few pics .........

The autos....hopefully you can see the new string of lights......what a MASSIVE difference they make :)

Your comments and suggestions are, as always, very welcome. I'd love to hear any suggestions on the CFL lights especially on how I can improve them. I have got the potential to add a further 22 (there was 33 holders on the string I butchered and I've only used 11 SO FAR) so fire away please :)
 
G'day mate. Hope everything in UK by the sea is good today. No horizontal rain?:) At least with your work cancelled, your girls can have you all to themselves today. Hehe.

Hey my friend :) good going with extra lighting! just been putting up some side cfl's for Gitt. Also reinstalled her CO2 machine!
With your cfls I'd concentrate them at sides of your auto's. The actual reach of the light off them means you need them within a couple of inches of your girls. Mine literally are like half an inch from Gitt's side foliage. So just reset some closer is all I would say buddy!! :)
 
Thanks mate :) That's what I need GOOD advice on how best to use them :) Right, tomorrow I'll re-jig them to sit around the sides :) They're so cool to the touch you can put them literally an 1" away with NO burning :) AWESOME :)
Off to collect my baggage from work now buddy (that's the Mrs by the way .....I so pray she doesn't read this lol )
 
Cheers buddy :) I'm loving it because you can it SO close to the buds lol :) I think I'll turn the left over pieces into 2 more 11 holder strings for the Tutts when they flower :) Daft thing is that I've had it for over 15 years and dragged it from house to house ALWAYS meaning to bin it lol. Hoarder me buddy lol :)
 
OZ you are doing a great job, I'm hesitant to critique your garden, but since you asked, I see only one thing that could help, it may be possible to increase your yield by bending that (sorry I don't have the names down) tall plant (gradually) to make your canopy closer to level, the plant will thank you for getting more light the lower growth. I'd bend that thing like a horseshoe!

You probably already pondered this, but I thought I'd throw the thought out there, since you asked.

Hey Trich, thanks buddy and yes, I appreciate the input :) I have tried it but (LA Diva) is so tall now and so far on in flower that bending isn't an option. I have no room sideways left lol :) I should have kept her lower earlier but I wantd to see how tall she'd get in preparation for my next grow.....planning ahead gone reckon buddy lol :)

Darkness shrouds me every time I see this word, I see all the freaks that I like to follow here, say "reps" A LOT, I have NO idea what you are talking about. Trich the reps are ...reputation points...what gives you the little green squares in your avatar...you can give reps as commendation for a member by clicking on the little star at the left bottom corner of a member's post...you can check on your received and given reps by clicking on user cp and scrolling to the bottom

Reps are reputation points that can be given to or received from other members of this site. That star like symbol between "Blog this Post" and Report Post at the bottom left side of each post is used to give reps to that member. The green bars represent how many reps you have, the UCP also details the reps you have given/received.
