Sun here also. Only 62F here outside. Chilly inside. If it's the same tomorrow, I'm starting a wood fire to warm up! 68F inside right now. Trying to become acclimated again.
I love the way the nugs on the vine are fattening up. Some budrot on the Do-Si-Do X Chunky Cherry Thai, but compared to the whole, I'll take it for another day closer to harvest!! That's the only one without hurricane damage. Lots of purple, also. Fat and purple, how nice!! I'm also thinking on the other two, the damage may have caused the increased production of trichomes. They're so sticky! Grand Mommy Purple, and Black Poison X Do-Si Do. BP x DSD hasn't had any botrytis on it at all! Good to grow, at least. Hopefully, a fun harvest! Happy Smokin

I've got frost in the forecast again, but real frost this time.
I'm worried about rot too.

I think so. All depends on the rot situation here. Frost may come up but the cannabis can make it through October if we're lucky. IKLWA is the least affected by rot! I've had to cut two or three small nugs on her. That's fantastic! Dozens on Cherries D.

I'm looking at cleaning my chimney this week for the pellets stove fire as well. From swimming to heating in two weeks here. Wardrobe change time!
The Grand Mommy Purple I'm toking is nice and strong! I think you'll like it! What a joy to hear they both have some botrytis resistance! You'll be first to have Black Poison Skunk x Do-si-do! They were both outstanding in their own ways for tastes and highs! Good to know for next season!

I think you're right about damage in flower. I believe it can bring on the added thc and what they add when in stressful conditions. :cheer: You grow man!

The colas look like hidden missles behind foliage somewhere in Nam ready to launch or like one of those huge SETI satellites with all the probes sticking out of them. Other worldly for sure...I can even see a green big foot in her stature.
Edit. I have smoked dabs today. My brain is very imaginative at this moment

Whatcha dab and how'd you do it? My favorite is Do si do! It dabbed with perfect grapefruit taste! I could feel it conflict with my bp meds! :headbanger: Some dabs are tastier than others and Dosi was one! I vape mine in an @Ispire Daab.

I'm happy to ride this rollercoaster regardless of the outcome! She's showing me a lot about what a sativa plant is! She's my first landrace. Lots of shriveling pistils now and some frost!

Good Sunday morning Bode! She's got tons of buds and they're ripening but still thin. I'm a rookie at judging these feather buds. Since there's frost now I'm thinking in a few weeks she should be close enough. Cherries D is thick and sticky and if I had to cut her today I could for an early slightly unripe cut. She's on my card for one or two weeks more. Her bud girth is done expanding. I'm waiting for pistils to stop. They're slowing!
How's your dosi x chunky? The dosi went 63 days from flip and I really went deep so 58 could have done it easily. I hope she kept the time down for you!

It was the day this week when I had the septic prophylactically pumped. The gentleman doing the work had finished and we were talking at his truck as he put the hoses away and billed me. All went well and it was a nice day and we were saying so when he abruptly stopped talking and said with a higher tone in his voice," excuse me sir, but is that what the fuck I think it is?" as he looked up the hill at my girls! I laughed out loud at his "fuck" outburst since he'd been a perfect gentleman until then! He was growing in his yard and got a kick out of these! The look on his face was of surprise and wonder! Did I mention how much fun growing this stuff is?!
