I smoke lites? Doesn't that make it nonharmful? I wish,, but I started adding these nic block filters.. Kind of like a little cigar filter that catches a little pie of tar crap. . And I noticed I'm smoking them like one.. Only inhaling about 1/4 of the hit.
But we'll see how it goes.. I got alot of hoops to jump thru the next month... From my primary doctor, pain doctor, foot doctor, liver doc, cancer doc, and now the hip doctor... All of them want me to come in this month for tests? I HATE Doctors,, cept maybe @dr.h00k and the Medicine Show...

Gl with the surgery, man. Smoking makes a serious damage to your health... well I quit when I was 18, but my wife smokes for both of us 
But then doctors, chefs, personal trainers smoke here and it’s not easy to quit being surrounded by so many smokers. And it’s not Cali, so you can smoke everywhere here, nobody’s gonna give you shit for that

Really smoking,,, cigarettes that is,, has to be one of the most senseless habit one can pick up.. And one of the hardest to quit. I remember being in the county jail and there was NO smoking.. I did really well knowing there was no smoke to be had,, unless you really want to spend some hella monies,, like 10 bucks a pinner. But as long as I know there was none and I didn't see it or smell it,, it didn't bother me at all. Een told myself I stopped for afew month already,, might as well keep off them.. The day I was released,, I seen a guy out front waiting for someone else to get released and he had a smoke,, I could smell it and see it,, so the first thing I said is hey you got an extra smoke??? And it was on again......

I ain't much of a quitter so I got nothing for ya.
I did quit smoking but that was cause I was in the ICU for a week on intravenous Delauded or however you spell it. Every time I had an urge to smoke I hit the heroin button until I passed out. Woke up and hit it several more times just to be sure I got it.
Got out in 1 piece so instead of addicted to cigs I was addicted to opioids. Cannabis for me, pretty much nulled out the effects of opioids. So smoked a lot of pot, rolled fattys so it was like smoking a cig but it was fixing my craving for opioids AND my craving to smoke.
That was several years ago. I vape weed now. I can't keep up with my supply. Win win.
I did quit drinking for a little while like 6 months. I never felt better. That was earlier this year but I got off the wagon when my wife was standing on the corner with a bottle of wine giving me a wave down.
All in moderation, I guess it's better than smoking crack and drinking a case of beer in a few hours... that shit will kill ya.

I use to get the patches of fentanyl patches from a doc.. I'd end up with three patches on me and the shit still didn't work.. I understand them patches are weak and time-released. I don't remember how many they were giving me,, but IF I had two used patches,, they mix great in a cup of coffee..
Scary that fentanyl,, it has great opioids for pain relief. But these cartels are getting that shit and cutting it way down to a dose, and they buy a pill press.. Now you have anything you want to make buy adjusting the dose.. And it's water-soluble for the needle pushers. They are flooding the streets with the common ones like Oxies and such. I always run out early on my meds,, afew days,, so I do get some from other sources if and when needed..... But them you hear this guy has 500 30 mg oxies he wants to sell.. Cheaper than the real deal. Anyone who does pain pills knows he either robbed a pharmacy, or the are fake. No one has a scpirt for that many of that large mg. But people buy them and they work their way down to the I don't call them junkies,, even if I was one for 12-15 years, but they can break them down and fix them.. That's where the OD's happen... Of course, you could also sell it as heroin,, or whatever pain killer you want to fake.
Scary stuff if someone played with it in it purer form that didn't use common sense learning your dose.

Tonight might just be one of them.. After I see the Doc today and jump thru a hoop or two..But stop 3-4 days a week tho nowadays.. Besides the hangovers hurt more then they use too;;;

Well I use to go out with this one gal from Niles Canyon down iin the Bay Area,,,, Chick was tone fox and worked with a model group,, and her mother worked with a congressman. I use to come home after a hard day spraying oils on doors and casings,,,, to a formal dinner at the house??????? Matter a fact,,, the knowledge of family and this congressman,,, he was one who asked how I was doing after I broke my fool neck..,,, Leading to the head
