Now that's some fool who let his garden get alittle outta control. I mean you'd think someone wood've stold his shit already. Just pic I seen on the net. Either shit's 100% legal there and not worth a dime and isn't a teen aged kid for 100 miles, or he spends every night on the patio with a 12 gauge and pops a round every 30 minutes.. I can't claim the eclipse pics.. A friend did them. We were pretty close to the dead center of a total eclipse path., it was 40 miles south or so,, but that 40 miles really made a difference. We were like the one before the total in my yard... Temps cooled off fast and got kind of dark, with a tint of HPS lighting to it. Still was cool. She went a made a trip otta going to take those pics,, she hit it pretty damn good.
My outdoors aren't up to snuff this year. They are behind where they should be. Maybe a sign of a long fall. Wood be nice. Probaly just from neglect... We're getting rain right now and plants are under cover,, afew are just going to have to take chances getting wet. Like I said they are behind and if the rains stop they will dry fast. I don't count on it, and I'm not going to trip,, all that does is skin up your knees.. I get alittle closer every year to getting something that works, without tons of work, I think these fast's could be a ticket for some peoples. I mean to me,, these couple autos I played with,,, are a nice get ya through plants,,,, Man I'm going to get yelled at... But you take a chance with most. You might get a nice one that pumps out a 4 oz plant,,, more than likely you'll get a oz or two max of midrange weeds. I'd have to rate the BBxC-99 maybe a 6.5 outta 10. With room for improvement on my side. They were toooo easy. And I can see alot larger yields if you feed them as needed... I fell behind with my 'juicings' because she was abit earlier than the others.... Iffin that makes sense..
But I did get a pic the other night, with a flash of the Tahoe Star. BTW BL I have both of the Wild Berries you gifted me with also. Both are happy and healthy. Remember I started her outdoors and she got alittle leggy. Well I chopped her in half and she recovered nicely. Stayed shorter than I woodv'e guessed with tight spacing after the sun started to shine somewhere over the city. Beyound the trees that surround our house. Nieghborhood has some tbig trees that shade everything outta my yard cept the streetlights. Yea I know,,, but last thing I need is another problem. I've drawn a bead on this one streetlamp since I moved here. Thank god for indoors. They way my lucks been around Portland,, well hasn't been the best. But this pic shows what I was meaning in my words,, running. I'll get better pics when,, if the sun shines again..
Ok I have afew seed up and growing for my next grow... I'm keeping the Puppies alive in a mother plant... But these are up deck minus problems or males... I have a Midnight Haze, Mind Cantrol, 2 Wildberries, 1 White Russian, a Og variant, Chochalte Kush, Purple Skunk Mass, and a Honeysuckle. I'm needed one more and I gave Miss J the seed box to come up with one more in the next couple days.. She has alot to look thru,, and the read up on before her seed gets germninated.

Hey Woody, you heard of the Sacramaniacs? Goggle it. It couldent be easier to find out where someones locked up at. I sent Jelly NOFX's book considering hes in it by name. It might be a good read in the pen. I can see the book gettn passed around and more orderd too. I hope they let it go through and dont consider it contraband. I sent him money too and a letter. All way over due.

The Russets are mean. You think you got them controlled and they blow up quick. Plants not too affected blow up too. The only plant NOT affected is the one I bred. Im two weeks from harvest for most. Im washing them too. Doc Buds recipe exactly. Ive been spraying the shit out of them with the home made ISO garlic/tobacco/hot pepper mix and it does well. It dosent seem to hurt the plant at all. Trics are good, hairs. . Many newly dead russets the next day. But does that kill fall cats? fuck no. I pulled two off last night. Thought it was bud rot. I might have to hit them with some Safer. The big secret with the Russets is rid them before flower. I wonder whats the best way to treat the yard garden area before next years grow? Ive read where its the female mites that winter over and lay eggs rather than the eggs lasting for months? Im thinking the eggs have an incubation period and hatch once laid? I sure have gotten good with my scope!! I can check trics way easier this year because of the Russets. Funny how shit was difficult before is now easier. Im experimenting with the T5's and the 600w in my tent with temp and $. Im gettn it dialed! I got the 600's coming on for 5-6 hrs in the middle of the night and all is well.

hey dutch how are you i see you still have a battle on your hands maybe one of the local nurseries could give you some help on how to rid your yard of those monsters i was thinking if you have room you could have some mint and some other stinky herbs in pots around your plants bugs don't like the stinky shit hope it works out for ya good luck!

Sticky, Ive thought of plants to accent them. Ive been told of Marigolds by the grow shop but then read they attract bugs. The grow shops are hard to trust. Jorge Sevantes has a recent utube video on Russets I need to watch again. Last time I watched it it dident say none of the stuff recommended was ok in flower? What they suggest also requires stuff to add so it sticks to the plants better.
My tents beautiful! I up potted and got 8 in there. The other 7 are in the laundry vegging and 3 are flowering out outside. My goal is to keep these Russets off them all. So far so good. Once the Russets get into a developing bud theyre almost impossible to rid. They crawl around outside of developed/dense buds but airy ones they are inside.

yes marigolds attract certain bugs i have them all around my garden the white fly's love them so they get all over them and not much on your plants and the golds don't care they just keep growing,if you grow some fennel,dill,and some yarrow you will attract ladybugs and also some cosmo those ladybugs eat the shit out of the small predetors in your garden,btw i wash all my buds you would be surprised how dirty they are as far as i can tell it has no negative effect on them i think it makes the smoke smoother!

hey woody how ya doing thought i would go a little off topic and show you where we stayed up there this place is 10 min. from the west entrance to the park pretty cool the last day we got a dusting of snow and the morning we left i woke up to snow!

I've been in the Alps recently on 4500 feet. I saw some snow just a bit higher and now it's probably snowing there like crazy. But it was too cold for me, so I'm happy the winter is not here yet

An amazing trip there Sticky. That's a place I've never been but want to see them. Now I'd wished I had taken off to see Yellowstone on one of them runs I did to Sturgis. Some of our group always to that side trip. I was on a hard tail so I kind of wanted to get where I was going. But looks like beautiful country. Them geysers pools are trippy ass colors or what pics I've seen. What did they charge for the cabin?
The Alps,, now from my perspective, I was into geology for abit, are interesting. Totally different look than what I was use to, like the Sierra Nevadas. I like the look of the ragged mountains. The Grand Teton's look alot alike.
Yea I heard of them, Sacramaniacs, they had a big car in Folsom.. Well as big as could be excepted. They weren't organized much. I was in with the Homies from Modesto. I was actually outta one of the-the largest cars from the Bay Area,, Oakland.. Cept wasn't too many Peckerwoods from there so I was an orfen. But there was some down homies from Sac there. I celled with Bill Liberty in Old Folsom. He had the shop in North Highlands for awhile.. Least that was what he talked about. Dude can sling some ink. From what I understood,, he had a bad problem with some Red and Whites and they had him under thump for club tats. He did a boo boo. But got past it. You know Dutchess,,, if you keep having these you might want to make a small hoop house next year. And if you don't have any plants to be harvested 6 weeks,, look into some of this stuff. It's like a soap but lingers on the plant for 5 days killing adults. I've not used it myself but worth a read
Bonide System Insect Control. I've used Bonide's products before.. I think they make Captin Jack stuff for worms..

good morning woody that cabin was 600.00 for 4 nights a little more than a hotel room worth every penny of it you can fix your own food and save a lot that way and eat better in the process we didn't want to leave!

it was a very cozy place and i thought it was very reasonable for what we got we booked that place a year ago,thats to bad about the pup I'm sure its still good you have to try new things to se if it can be better or not i brought my two little ones in that are left yesterday there under the lights for today and back out tomorrow its supposed to start warming 45 outside rite now thats a little to cold for my for the girls they don't like that cold shit this weather is screwing with all plants its going to 89 later this week its a weather roller coaster i quit growing garlic because of this weather crap last year it was done in april this year it was done in may didn't even get anything i could use to much rain i have an early girl tomato that looks like a cherry tomato plant thats how small they are and 3 of the others never got any fruit if this gets worse the food supply is going to dwindle and get a lot more expensive have a good day!

Yeah grasshopper... we had em at our cabin in Ontario this last trip. Hey Woodmaster I'm back. You're fucking killing it bud... get back on your feets you gots work to do. Hope you're felling better. Glad to hear your better half is on the mend. She's going to kick your ass, you better get on your feet... keep moving, ya gotta. Just a little everyday and a little more tomorrow.... pretty soon you're running circles.
Now that I'm back home... we left Ontario when it was 95 and sunny as shit hot too. It's cooler in Philly actually which is REAL weird.
It was in the high 30sF (3-4C) when we left. Came home for 9 days chopped, dried and in jars, transplanted up-potted tied and roped.. back on the road. Glad we did. Went to Ontario and it was SUMMER time 90s and sunny no wind every day, on the lake awesome. Next year my summer run will be at our cabin.
So yeah Woody.. for a old guy, you sure as hell know how to grow the greens.
I use spinosad for mites and just about everything bug wise... add neem oil for active infestations. Genetics are the way to go with insects. Strong plants taste like shit and they move on .... and wind and they hate water... so IPM and spray the plants get em real wet like a shower wet and turn the fans on. They hate wind and rain.
Get used to it and figure out a way thats easy for your the grower to deal with infestations before they become an infestation....
Cheers buddy - love your flowers, you have a bunch of green thumbs and toes and all... they are all green... purple pups are in your future!
