Heathens!!!! Even hacking onto your page to post these heinous fake photos!!! Blasphemous!

I would suggest this type of "soil-bark".
Use and retail recommended orchid nute on them - low concentrations and applied as directed.
Water once per week same day each week (religiously). Put them in sink, run the water over the soil-bark to saturation and let them drain. Back in the sun rack they go.
Do this and you will have those orchids looking as good as your fabulous 420 gals!
