Welcome to the step by step guide to the 420 Magazine Photo Gallery.
We use a photo gallery on this forum to keep photos organized and easy to access. The process is easy once you get the hang of it. First you upload the photo to the appropriate sub-gallery, then you can view it directly or link to it a thread, as will be explained below.
Our photo gallery is only for Cannabis, Hemp and directly related images.
Photos of anyone looking even remotely like a minor, will be deleted without warning.
Non-420 photos may only be uploaded to our "Off-Topic" photo gallery. Please note these photos must be appropriate and otherwise conform to our off topic photo tutorial and guideline.
RESIZING PHOTOS
To start off, you need to make sure your pictures are the correct format.
Our gallery accepts jpg, jpeg, gif, png file formats.
Photo size must not exceed 10MB.
If your photos are larger than 10MB:
Adobe Photoshop, Aperture and Microsoft Office Picture Manager can resize your photos.
If you don't have any of these programs, here are some links to free online photo resizing tools:

UPLOADING PHOTOS
Click on the Gallery button from the drop down menu that can be found at the top of any 420 Magazine page.
When the gallery main page opens, click on the 'Upload Photos' button.
When the 'Photo Upload' window opens you'll have four things to do.
First, choose the category you want your picture in.
Second, click on the button that says, "Select Files for Upload" to gain access to your computers image gallery where you'll select your picture for uploading.
Third, click the 'Upload/Submit' button to begin upload process.
Forth, once you get to the photo processing page, click the "Process" button. It's important that you complete this final step. Your photo(s) will not upload correctly unless you do.
TIP: Insert your pics in the proper categories. Buds into 'Buds' category, Plants in 'Plants', etc. All of those images will then appear in your own 'Members Gallery' automatically as well as being available in their proper categories where most gallery gazers tend to look.
EMBEDDING PHOTOS IN THREADS USING THE CAMERA ICON
Click on the camera icon.
A new window will open up with thumbnail versions of the photos in your gallery.
Search for the photo you want to post and click on it.
The photo will automatically be inserted into your post.
After you have selected the photos you want to post, click the "Close This Window" button.
Now you can finish your post and click on the Submit Reply button.
EMBEDDING PHOTOS IN THREADS USING THE PHOTO URL
Go to the Photo Gallery, select the picture you'd like to insert in the post and click on it.
Once the new window with your picture opens, click on the photo again to open the larger version of it (using the larger version helps other members to see more details in your photo).
Right click on the photo in the box that pops up and select the "Copy Image URL" option.
Now you are ready to post your photo.
Go to your post and click on the Insert Image icon.
The Insert Image box will appear. Right click in the box and choose Paste.
Then click OK.
Now your photo is in your post.
Finish your post and click on the Submit Reply button.

Hello Everyone!
I don't know how I will ever thank all of you for your support, just know that it really helps me. I feel like there is a small army behind me, with hope and encouragement. Thank you one and all. Today was a long one at the hospital. Got me a new set of glasses. I used to be able to get 2 pair. One for distance and one for reading ( computer screens). I will go pick them up very soon. The place is at the entrance to Waikiki and the traffic is horrible. If I wait until the holidays, traffic would swallow me.
My Doctor really is taking this seriously. When I finally got to the lab late in the day...after fasting since 1 am yesterday, she had added many new tests so that made me feel much better. She is covering all bases. We will see next week.
Today I am 71...never thought I would be here this long.
My Columbian Gold gave me 80 grams wet. Yaaahoo! That leaves 3 girls still to go.
I hope all of you and your families made it through the storm back east. QTL glad you made it, with no problems. We have many relatives in the east. They made it OK. No heat or electricity thou, so they are all sleeping in one bed to keep warm. In many locations.

Sorry I missed your birthday OMM, I was busy celebrating my wife's birthday......glad to hear that the doctor is being concerned, too bad it took so long. I truly hope they figure out what is ailing you and that it is easy to fix. Sending more positive vibrations your way

Hello Everyone!!!
Only three days until I see the doctor! I'm ready for that....good or bad. At least (hopefully) I'll know what I'm facing. Bring it on....I'm ready for the battle! How do I feel now? Tired, very tired, and I have a pain in my right ribcage that feels like someone has stabbed me with an icepick. I see many x-rays in my future.
Since THsea has is now working full time and has his own grow, he hasn't been able to help me much, bless him.
While I haven't been posting, I've been steadily harvesting, drying and trimming. When ever it's been handy, night or day, I have been going at it. Sleep, eat, go trim. I haven't visited anyone's journals, so when I feel better, I have allot to catch up on.
All the plants, with the exception of the OG18 are cut, dried and bottled. She is on day 74 of flower and I couldn't tell you when and if she will finish. Her trics are still clear for God's sake, she could go on forever.
If she does finish, I doubt she would give me a quarter dry.
OK! Here is the totals for the grow, except for miss prissy pants OG18.
I'm only going to give dry weights.
