Never have I cut one down without asking the owner of the property. It is a living sort of energy you get from the coconut that you can not get from bottled coco water. You can feel it in your veins I tell you.

No. No. Only on you're own property. Two of my neighbors had to cut their's down. Just too dangerous for their kids.
