it's great that you are starting to feel better. If you can go for 5 days the nicotine is basically out of your system and then the habit of smoking has to be broken. that's the tough part. Good luck and i hope you can beat them dam things. I stopped smoking right at 20 years ago after doing it for 30 years. took me about 5 times quitting to finally beating it.

Hey Beemerbill. I can't count the times I've tried to quit. I have been smoking for 54 years. Tried to quit many times. I was once in the hospital for a few months and sure enough right back to smoking, when I got out. My brain must have millions of receptors for nicotine.

I took a toke off of one of those blue electrics the other week I don't know why I did it my curiosity got the best of me I guess much better flavor than a cig from what I can remember it has been 8 years since I quit cold turkey well make that 9 years now wow! this year has gone by so fast! You can do it Omm! vape away. Just thought of this I got a buddy thats been quit for three years now but he chews nicotene gum like a chain chewer lol!

Hey Propa. They are called blu. I got them from their web site. They have different flavors and strengths. If you are really good with small tools you could probably load them with what ever you want.
Yep, you've probably been smoking forever like me. Would be great to be off of them for good. With clean lungs, just think how much better a toke would be.

Over half my life minus the five years I managed to quit.
This has just given me pretty much the nudge I need to find another way during the day!
What can I do to escape from the scary place I work in though? Just go outside and stand there? My hands won't know what to do!
I was thinking about getting a crystal to hold and contemplate the universe on, some people find them helpful
. Guess anything is worth a try to quit ciggies!
I did want to try and find out if it is possible to cure our plant so there is no discernable smell though, it would be good to have a non cigarette "cigarette" to help if I am having a proper bad day in the scary world outside my house....

Actually I'm tobacco free now, but I am still addicted to nicotine. Ecigs provide nicotine to us,however over time you can reduce it to zero. Ta Da !

You got it...sure surprised me. Must be because there was no smoke in my lungs today. I've been Vaping, but no coughing. Amazing how I feel after one day. Now to keep it up.

I am happy for you! I was thinking the same thing that Propa Gator was talking about. Putting in Some THC in the Ecig. I did some research and found that some people claim to make thier own ejuice by mixing hash oil with glycerine. I understand that the glycerine makes the oil vape at a lower temperature because the ecigs do not get as hot as a regular weed vaporizor.
I used to have the ecig that looked just like a regular cigarette. I upgraded to one that looks like a scientific tool! Here is how my new one looks. It is real easy to add the fluid and gives a much better hit and the battery last a lot longer than the smaller cigarette looking model.
