Omg can this plant get any more sticky

I think I'm in the same boat. I have 3 plants that have been in flower since June 4th. Really weird. I'm not complaining - they just keep getting chunkier. But the wait is killing me!

If I may offer an opinion:
Autos come from Ruderalis genetics which come from cold climates with short summers. They’re genetically programmed to flower early & finish quickly. I think autos grown outdoors are adapting to the extended summers & waiting for cold weather to finish. I truly believe it’s an evolution triggered by human intervention/manipulation. Grown indoors they’ll keep you on your toes - grown outdoors they’ll make you wait…

That wait is brutal! I am a total noob at this (only on second grow) and my eyes are known to play tricks on me but looking at these pics I would say the trichs are mostly still clear maybe starting to get milky/cloudy. I have read different things when it comes to harvesting based on trichs some say it's growers preference others say amber means it's fully ripe. I lean towards growers choice and probs will always harvest with 10% max amber as I like my sativa highs and would hate to have jars full of couch lock buds.

Running out of green things to hide our plants does pose a problem. Is it getting cold and things are dying back?
