Omega cdm?

So, looking to upgrade my 250w hps to a 315w cdm

Does anyone know if this one is any good? -

I've only ever seen people use Maxibright and Phillips, but this seems like a cheaper alternative.

Ye seen all of those recently on sale over the last 6 months or so in the UK it is resemble new tec for most to get to grips with at present in till a shift of people start using em.

Price of the bulbs are insane.
