Oldsmokey Grows Blue Cheese & Blueberry With Promix

Well i actually just started my first one. So this is all very good news. I have Mc at what strength should I be feeding these at? Haven’t fed them yet But I think it’s about time right? I’ve got a ec and ph pen. So It would be pretty cool to get some help here haven’t grown using any of these before

The taller one looks like it's ready for feeding the other ones i would give a little more time. Myself I would wait a little longer and start feeding them all at the same time. And I would start them at 2 grams per gallon of water don't worry about the EC or ph. I have been monitoring my pH but not adjusting. Although that's probably not even necessary.

My Mega Crop Feed Schedule is OVER HERE. It shows using Cal-Mag and Silica too, but those are optional. If you're in Pro-Mix or any buffered medium, you won't need your pH pen, the medium will regulate the pH for you.

Like if you mix up your own super soil or organic living soil as it is also called. The lime will buffer the pH for you.

All my best,

Okay, just to be safe un ph veg strength scoop in 5 gallon comes up to 7.29. That would be good?

Lol nope I don’t know how many grams exactly.(probably less then suggested.) I just measure it’s strength in ec. As ec is just measuring the salinity of water I think, and mega crop is a salt based nutrient so why not measure its strength in ec instead of grams per. that was my thinking lol. It’s been doing me good in dwc. Idk about this as I have never tried this before.
Buffers, mediums. And mega crop.
Growing is totally new to me.
But I am running those in just hp promix + bio fungicide. Cheapest closet thing I got.
But I have weighed out them measurements before. And noted them. They were basically veg strength.
I meant my ph in the bucket without ph up or down just Mc and water is
7.29

At least version 2 of Mega Crop was 1g per 1/8tsp, on my scale with my spoons. I got a new bag of MC but haven't opened it to check if the weight per volume has changed.

That’s cool. I have a scale also. Just don’t use it. But I get you. I’ve only done 4 grams or 1.2 ec with my Tap water.at most so far lol.
lol believe it or not I’m doing good enough to grow so far in hydro just veg strength in flower.
Oh yeah I know that much already. I was thinking maybe even just 450 would be good? Does 650 sound to high in your opinion?

So 2 grams per gallon for the first two weeks will be good every feeding for the big one and then the lil ones I can water later with feed. At the same strength is what I’m reading. Like how would you go about it. I don’t want to mess this up with a noobie mistake. Of under or over feeding.
I can shift to grams per gallon. I’ve got a little scale at home.
Your doing great growing and I would like to
Have a healthy plant in promix like you guys.
I’ve grown plenty unmentionable plants in soil before the wrong way without the proper soil or nutrients.
But now that I’ve got promix and Mc I’m feeling a lil more confident about trying this again.
I’m just nervous with how everything else turned out for me before I knew about Mc and promix. Or anything about growing.
None of it worked lol
So this is my first.

Pro-Mix has no nutrients in it, so I feed from birth. Actually I even sprout seeds in a 1g per gallon mix. From there, increase 1g per gallon for every week old they are, maxing at 6g per gallon. So Week 1 (Day 1-7), 1g per gallon. Week 2 (Day 8-14) 2g per gallon, Week 3 (Day 15-21) 3g. And so on. If they're really growing fast, you can up them about every 5 days instead of 7. Those are all "every feed" numbers.
