To be honest though, I love the changing of the seasons. There is so much to do in the snow, and so much to do in the heat as well. I would honestly get bored if it stayed the same year round.

I usually get 2 mornings a year where it drops below freezing for all of 3-4 hours.

We will get hail that will hail that turns to a light flurry, but its rare. I live in a desert. It doesnt look like it, but it is. I didn't see it REALLY snow till I was in high school

As much as I hate the heat (91F already at 10am and a high of 100 for today) the winters are the best down in the desert.

FYI I think we will either break or tie our record of triple digit days this year. The old record is 99 days of 100F and above.

Your deserts are prettier than ours. I drove from Phoenix to Overgard in the White Mountains in the Spring once and couldn't believe the flowers, birds and other wildlife. The Sonoran desert is a special place.

Damn dude! Thats some heat. We are usually around 90 i guess. We had one day at 115 recently, but that happens about as often as snows

There good the hemp seeds just make them crunchy. I usually put walnuts or pecans in but I substituted the hemp seeds this time.

I never thought of them being like toasted nuts, I figured they would be like eating popcorn seeds or corn nuts. Haha

There crunchy but not hard like corn nuts. Have also been putting them on top of my salad.

I'm fine with cruchy (Grape Nuts for breakfast 365 days/year) but I never add crunchy just for the crunch. But I just eat to live so there's that .

Yeah, I hear you. My house isn't worth what its worth, and rent in Cali is mother fucking ridiculous (not to be crass but theres no other way to put it). I feel for younger folks with kids. A 3 bedroom apartment in my area starts around 3k a month, and im 50 miles away from LA. You would have to hit the lottery to come up with the down on a house. Really kinda sad.

Damn it’s worse than I thought! I really want to move to Cali so bad for the warmer weather but might have to think about AZ instead. I fucking hate winter man!
