OldMedMan's First Grow Couchlock 2009

Just poking in. Looking good on the islands. Do you need to chop her for any reason? Not that I don't sympathize.

:peace:

The reason is I want to start a new grow. Legally I can grow 4 big ones and two little ones. So she is taking up a big one's spot. I could probably get half way through the new grow before she finishes. Hmmmmm Maybe I can take her over to a friend's house. I may do that.:ganjamon:

OMM, all these years and you are now just figuring out women take longer to finish?....lol. Maybe she is telling ya she is has more surprises yet. You could end up with football size buds! Just be patient, from the looks of it, she hasn't hit that last growth spurt yet. Very healthy looking indeed. You should be proud of the great job you have done.

Thanks GMT Oh! I am well aware of that.
She better show me a reason to keep her pretty soon, just watch, just about the time I want to chop her, she'll tease me with growth. :grinjoint:
Thanks for looking in my friend. :peace:

Aloha OMM!!sorry I havent stopped by in a while been busy, very busy. Anyhow. Looks like your ready shop shop, my suggestion is to give her a couple days of solid darkness to amber up her trichs and throw right into harvest mode. Esspecially cause we all know how much OldMedMan LOVES his couchlock. Anyhow great waork as usual.Aloha.
:ganjamon:

Butcher no worries I know you're busy as hell. Your new strain has got to have publicity and things set to go full speed ahead.
I've been putting a bag over her for a week at night. I will do just as you say and get her in a dark room for 48 hours. If that will give me amber, I'm all for it. Got have that Couchlock.:ganjamon:

Thanks Buddy and I wish you much luck with getting things going full steam with those seeds.:peace:

Always checking in brother grower. I don't always comment, but I am always stopping in.

I fully understand :grinjoint: I look at yours too. But don't comment unless I can add something. Just love your Moby. :ganjamon:

Boy medman I am diggin that top cola what a monster and she is a tall girl too for being in a pot. Looking healthy and pics are great. Cant wait to hear about the smoke report on some Hawaiin grown goodies.
You my friend are the man.
Kudos, props, high five fellow bud lover.

She is still looking like a queen, Hope she finishes soon for you. If not get going on the next and she will give it up eventually. Great job...

hey thanx alot brother. I was just reading an article in a mag just now that said, and I quote: "You know when a gardner is seasoned, when he/she throws their plants into darkness for at the least 3 days". Now i cant quote where thats from, with all due respect for 420mag. I throw em in for a good day to 2-3 days, but after that article My next run will have one at each stage of darkness from 1-4 days.

Hey Thanks Buddy:grinjoint:
Good to see you. That top cola, if it fills in will be great. I am smoking some of her sister's buds right now and it is good!:smokin: It's a sativa named Blackjack and it is truly good smoke. That's why I have let go so long. I want more.

Man, she thinks she's a queen. Right now she's is wondering why she is in a closet in the bedroom in total darkness. Where she is going to stay at least 2 days. Butcher said this may get her trichs to turn amber. Which would mean I can finally harvest her. Thanks for looking in and especially your comments.:grinjoint:

Thanks my friend Butcher
She went into a bedroom closet today and she will stay 3 days. Guess that puts me into your class of grower. "A seasoned gardner".:rofl: Thanks Bro.

Sharpen up those scissors. I see some trimming in your future. She is one stubborn broad. I have a couple doing the same thing. Been showing me cloudy for two weeks and no amber. I will try Butcher's technic once I hear how it worked for you. Good luck Buddy.

Hi Buddy, I hope your right about needing my scissors. I put stubborn in a back bedroom closet today. Think I'll leave her there for 3 days. If it works you and I will be pretty happy. Wonder what we did to cause this problem in the first place? Probably Mother Nature just fooling with us.:grinjoint:

Are you sure the strain was the same? Is it possible she is just a longer flowering strain? A different seed got in the mix somehow?

Hi Papa With me anything is possible.
I was kinda stupified the day planted these things. I did put two seeds in one pot that day. I took the seeds from the same labeled package from the seed bank. Truthfully she has endured many stresses in this grow. Its kind of amazing she's still alive at all. :grinjoint:

I only had two kinds of seed back then. Blackjack and Auroura Indica. One is Sativa the other Indica.
