OldMedMan's First Grow Couchlock 2009

84 degrees? i nearly lost all the teeth in my mouth going down my icy porch steps yesterday.. im jealous!!!!

You can have all that, Sunshine and breezy day stuff! I love shoveling snow and skidding up steep hills and banging up my truck and spilling hot coffee on my leg and walking the dog and slipping on ice and having to break through ice to get your car door open and.. What was I talking about? Oh yeah, and you can just keep your sunshine over there buddy!

OMM,
We are one step closer to paradise. Mrs has a great job opportunity with her current company in Honolulu. We just need one of us to land a solid job and we are there. She has to formally submit her application and jump through a bunch of hoops. If she lands an interview we will be making the trip over and staying a few days likely in April. Fingers crossed.

Oh! man, I hope you or your wife get that solid job so you can come on over.
If you do come over for her interview, don't worry about the meds, you're covered. That would be great.:ganjamon:

I've known people stationed over there in the army. This one fella rented a pathetic little above-garage room for a fortune/month. This was in the early 90's. Now it would be well I don't know but I'm sure it would cost many clams to live there.

You got that right BreakPoint It is either #1 or #2 in the USA. I think it is number one. Almost everything is imported here. There is only so much land too. On the other hand, most of the great things are free. Weather, water, and the good people. :thumb:

That's the point of moving there - after getting sick of the consumer goods thing!

Someday, I would love to move to the islands. Spend the end of my life there just find some good friends and enjoy life. RoorRip

Ahh, pipe dreams, but still good ones! :ganjamon:

:peace: brother from the mountains to the dreamy shores.

Thank You :amen:

That is a x2 amen there. While we will both still have to work we are done with the daily 9-5 grind here. Spring and summer in Oregon can rival Hawaii in weather and beauty but it is short lived. The rest of the time it's gray glooms for months. We both love the sun and water. We have traveled to many places in Mexico, Panama, Honduras, and Costa Rica, but none compare to Hawaii.

Hi HighFunny you said that. I started wanting to move here back in 1972. I would visualize it 3 times a day It took me 14 years, but I got here.
Wasn't actually how I planed, but I made it. It's been better than I had dreamed.
Guess you could say if you want something bad enough, you finally get it.:ganjamon:
